Nothing. We were very happy with our stay.

We liked the hotel. Rooms are large, cool and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. It is good value for money. We were unsure of the hotel's location outside of Arlon centre because we wanted to have diner there. However, a taxi ride to or from the centre only costs €15 and many taxi's are available.

This place was almost impossible to find even with GPS. The sign is only visible in one direction on Rue de Lorraine. I went past and spent another 20 minutes circling until I got there.

It's a new hotel, but was already feeling neglected. The shower leaked all over the floor and was very difficult to control the temperature. The light fittings were covered in dust and cobwebs. There is a coffee maker rather than a kettle and there were only two pods.

Perfect location as stopover driving from UK to/from the alps, just off the motorway. Good breakfast, lots on offer, scrambled egg was particularly good.

1. The coffee in the room wasn't restocked. 2. The water bottle was empty 3. Bloodspots on the pillow 4. One of the beds wasn't properly made up. 5. The bananas in the breakfast buffet were dark brown.

Large holes in window frames with street noise and cold air coming in, as if it was open. Made it impossible to use the 3rd bed nearby the window. 3 beds with 2 pillows. Extremely thin walls, no sound isolation. Dirty plates and utensils during breakfast

The bathroom - I preferred a shower than a bath.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ibis Styles Arlon Porte du Luxembourg. The room was impeccably clean, situated in a tranquil area, providing a peaceful stay. Fabienne, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly, offering us excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful, with a diverse selection, and the availability of ample parking spots in front of the hotel added to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for a positive and enjoyable stay!

Construction work going on nearby but it wasn’t really a disturbance))

Lots of space: the hotel is a bit out of town, so a car is essential, but an excellent base to explore the region. To the center of Arlon probably 3 minutes by car. Parking on site. Nice bar & restaurant. Friendly, welcoming staff.

A dog friendly hotel which proved ideal for our one night stopover. The hotel has been renovated recently and some ongoing work continues - it didn’t detract from our stay. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. We dined in - a very enjoyable meal. The breakfast selection was more than adequate. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and in the immediate vicinity.

Staff behavior was not good In The lobby group of people was sitting whole night and receptionist also sitting with them I called from room for blanket. Please deliver to my room he asked me to come down and collect it... Very bad

Noise level was horrible ,we could hear the noise coming from the other rooms as if they were next to us and really got 2 poor night of sleep because of it!!
