Floors seem very thin with little sound barrier… with carpet. We were awakened by individual(s) tromping around in room above at 5:40am. and this persisted interrupting our sleep and rest.

Reliably clean and generally comfortable although one of the two Queen needs seems to be out of repair and was not comfortable. Located in an area with many options for shopping and eating. Safe surroundings and nice to have breakfast option in AM.

Toilet mechanism required to be fix as water was not stopping. Hall going to the pool was very noisy will we were trying to rest between swimming events. Could not get more than 1 hr. extra for late check out! So, from 11h am to 12h pm, outside this you add to pay extra!

Was not far from our provincial swimming event. Room was very accessible and with a lot of space for all of us. commodities in the room were very appreciated like having microwave and minifridge as our child is gluten free and we had to prepared food for him. The breakfast was nice when the bacon was present!

Bathroom was a bit under managed. A few cracks and buildup. But very clean otherwise.

The beds! Horrible. Too firm. My husband has been suffering from a bad back since we stayed there. I had a difficult time sleeping for the same reason.

Lovely property. Well placed close to shopping and dining. Very helpful and friendly staff breakfast is a lovely touch with a nice variety of options, including proteins. Thank you!

Jacuzzi was extremely loud. Space was laid out weird. Wouldn't let me check in with a cash deposit. Required a credit card. Even though I was able to secure the booking with my visa debit.

The pillows weren't quite what we are used to with Hampton, and the price was a little higher than we like.

The pool with the water slide was phenomenal! We had so much fun. And a good hot tub also. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

The hot tub had too much chemicals in it, we had to get out as it was stinging our eyes, maybe try to get something milder & don't use too much.

The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast weas great, more than I expected.

Running water from the toilet and noisy air conditioning.

We liked everything except the pillows, too thin, gave me a headache, and the toilet ran the whole time we were there, the employees were the best that I ever encountered, they were very polite and helpful, I have stayed at a lot of motels and they were the best, very helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioner was noisy, but that probably is the same in every room. The breakfast was great as well, no complaints about the food or employees.

The pool/slide was closed for maintenance when we arrived, which was a disappointment - it was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. We used the sofa-bed in our room and the mattress was torn along the seams (which I brought to the staff attention).

Large, comfortable room. Clean and quiet hotel. Great location - easy access to highway, shopping & food. Pet friendly.
