In my room (I think room 7 or 8) the sink had a leakage so the floor was wet in the morning. The Microwave needs some cleaning and there were a few flies in the room (no mosquitos or annoying ones) which is a sign of improper cleaning. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Basically everything was not good. TV: no signal. Sink: leaking. Room was humid. Heating: did not work. We found electric toothbrush and toothpaste in bathroom. Trash bin was directly outside our basement window. Big smelly trash bin just next to entry. Chickens just behind smelly trash bin. Whole place gave you a feeling of dirtiness. Pictures on booking.com do not reflect reality!

Only the beds. They were small but comfortable and clean. And you could park easily in front of hotel.

REALLY 0 stars. ALl faults mentioned in comments is still faults and nothing done to improve it. Noisy from outside, rooms are cold, not good clima.

Overpriced, generally poor state, stinking of smoke, shabby This is genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed at and recommend avoiding by all means. Although the staff was very helpful and offered me a free upgrade of the room, the "best" room was shabby, stinking of smoke, cold and generally unwelcoming. It is charged at shocking 130 eur per night, you can get a cheaper room in a 4star hotel! I don't consider myself to be too picky but for the price of 80 eur per night it is simply a very overpriced place. It is rated as 1star establishment and rightly so.

The room was not ready before the check in time. Even when they promised a cleaner will come at 12noon, no one came. I can pay that sum at a 5 star luxury hotel and get comfort but the room was not clean at all. I left after an hour.

The room was very noisy, the windows provided no isolation, being close to a busy crossing with traffic light. At 5AM the truck are almost "in your bed". The room and everything in it was generally old and squeecky, The bathroom was below pricelevel, shower had barely water and the toilet flusher was broken, i fixed it myself. The TV had mostly french channels, in a 100% dutch area.

The beds were ok (not great, just ok) , and the internet was good. The availability was also good, on a moment that other hotels were booked. I had a free upgrade from economy room to a higher level.

In a normal hotel, you pay at check-out. In this hotel, you have to pay as soon as you cross the doorstep. As my room key was handed to me, I was told in a rather threatening tone of voice what it would cost if I did not hand it in at my departure. At check-in, I was asked at what time I would leave the next morning, so the owner/keeper could meet me. I was there EXACTLY at the prearranged time, but the owner/keeper was nowhere to be found. Hospitality is the main commodity that a hotel sells. This hotel has not understood yet.

Quite a normal budget hotel, but with little hospitality. No breakfast included.

the door at the entrance of room was glass without a curtain, the wifi password did not work in the room. The reception was closed when i checked out and when i arrived even though they confirmed the late checkin, phone reception was not good so had to wait a while.

The room probably has been decorated over 30 years ago,the showerhead was broken with Dumpness on any tiles corners,However worst than anything has been the overpriced breakfast,which wasn’t included with the room cost,If I knew it was like that I would never have booked it,I am vegan and there were not options,simply unbeatable.The staff would only care to get paid but useless,that’s not the way to run a business.Never ever again

Window couldn't close, therefor there were mosquitos in the room and was the noise of the chicken outside very loud。 Bathroom was too small. Water on the floor. Communication with the staff was difficult.

The hygiene was really really bed. Mould in the shower, bad smell (smoke and urine), in general not clean, towels where dirty and there was still a beard hair on the soap.

Unfortunately it was not good. the bed was okay.

The restaurant at the Hotel was too expensive, it was how to be in center of Paris, for 2 tomato soup and rice with chicken we pay 44 euros

there was two hairs (one looked like a pubic hair) and what looked like a smear of blood on the wall so I went in looked around and left and booked the nh in Eindhoven which was a similar price range and way better. I was pretty upset that I had wasted my money on this place. Also I had a baby and a bag etc and the hotel attendant didn't even offer to old the door to help me a I struggled to get inside with all my hand full.
