You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumWhen we wanted to eat on the 2nd day in the Ibis, the person at the reception first said it was not possible as we was alone and could not do the kitchen and the reception. He finally agreed. This was strange and not nice as the 1st night, we had drinks in the bar and a few people were eating which obviously demonstrates that the receptionist can cook (the frozen prepared food) and take care of the reception. The real reason is probably that he was too lazy

United KingdomThe room had no A/C and was very hot so had to open the window but was very noisy all through the night so did not get to much sleep,couldn't walk to the centre at night because there were big gangs of men hanging around,it felt very unsafe.

IndiaIn Ibis, air-conditioned rooms apparently mean that only hot air was available ("since it's cold outside" was the explanation) and not the typical temperature control offered by all hotels that advertise air-conditioned rooms. Had to keep a window open throughout the stay to make the room a bit less stuffy which was pretty challenging with the rainy weather.

United KingdomThe two main issues are the expensive services and the location. The breakfast was super expensive and very low quality. The location was bad. There are a lot of beggars in the street and an overall feeling of insecurity, and there are constructions around, so its even noisy. I really dont recommend dat.
The price was ok for a high season, and the rooms were good enough. The cafeteria space was nice to work, and the lady at the reception was kind and dilligent with the work. There is nothing else good to say related to it.
