Central location, marvelous spa treatments and very good breakfast.staff was friendly and very helpful. Bathroom supplies (cosmetics Aost) used by the hotel are of a great quality.

The property is in a beautiful old building, but the interior fit and finish in the room needs a refresh, with nicks and carpet wear and other dated and worn finishing. Wouldn’t take much, but does require some TLC

We came down for breakfast at 10:40 and at 11:00 they started to clean away literally everything. I understand that there is a time limit for breakfast (in this case 11:00) after which you cannot enter the breakfast room anymore. But it would be nice to still be able to finish breakfast in a relaxed manner if you have started before the deadline. This felt too much like they wanted to get rid of us.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, facing the street. Neither of us slept properly either night due to horrendous, never-ending street noise from people coming home from bars, continued until five in the morning both nights. Do not book a street facing room!

Absolutely stunning townhouse, lovely original period details, spacious bedroom with high ceiling, gorgeous bathroom and products, fantastic communal space for drinks by the fire, excellent breakfast, and note perfect professional staff. Location is ideal for walking right into old town Antwerp.

The noice of nightlife on the street. Our room was located on the streetside.

We loved the style of the hotel, beautifully renovated old house. We regretted not being able to enjoy a drink at the bar in the evening because of our limited time. Next time we will defintely make time for enjoying the bar and salon. Rooms were clean, and offered all the nescessities needed. Bonus for the brand of cosmetics (Aesop) used!

Everything was perfect. Room with bad room was good. But the most important for us was the friendliness of the staff. It was just Fantastic. They give you advice for anything and everything. What is good or not for visiting, what nice restaurants there are in Antwerp etc etc…

Everything was great!

Location was super close and just off the main sidewalks, was nice and quiet, the hotel room was big, had all the essentials, the staff were a big highlight, shout out to Greg who recommended a few things to see such as the nottebohmzaal. Very good I'd stay again!
