Room was bigger and nicer than expected given look of the outside of the building. Had lots of room. Good location on quiet street except for hourly church bells.

It is very old and and not updated. There was something on the ceiling (tobacco stains?).

I didn't realize breakfast was included so that was a bonus! Location was close to everything.

The room is good enough for 1 or 2 nights of sleep – definitely not luxurious, pretty old but does the job. One of the windows in my room, with direct view to the parking lot/street, had a very transparent curtain which allowed people to look inside if they wanted to. As a solo traveller, that left me a bit nervous. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The location is pretty good as it's walking distance from wharf and main streets/attractions –– the hotel is at the top of a steep hill though, might not be ideal with big, heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. Breakfast is included with quite a few options.

The cold water faucet didnt work. The hot water was not hot and there was some mold in the bathroom

Probably a secure way to open the window without fear of break in. Price was inflated wrt to the Labor day weekend.

Staff was great, Breakfast was better than expectations. The Room was very clean and in good shape. It was a warm day and it took some time for the room to cool down (Note only a fan is in the room, as normal most places in the pacific northwest were not build with air conditioning)

Room was very small, basically just big enough for the queen sized bed. So not really a comfortable place to spend time aside from sleeping.

This is an old hotel and that shows but the room was clean and there was thoughtful attention to detail. The location can’t be beat, we walked to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes. Staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast but a bit more substantial than expected, many different choices, very tidy and well stocked. Overall, a good experience and we’d stay here again.

Rooms are dated and dark. Kitchen is small but good enough for short use. One of stove burners didn’t work and there were no basic condiments.

Simple enough for a short stay. Nothing flash but it did the job. Spacious with storage and passable amenities. Convenient location and decent enough breakfast.

The room was quite warm the day we checked in (August) and there is no A/C. There is a floor fan but we opened the windows after it cooled off instead. Nature's air conditioning.

Cute little place, bathroom not updated but completely functional. The room was clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. Parking spot right outside the door. Two blocks from downtown restaurants and Discovery trail. One block from Safeway. Quiet except for the seagulls. The staff was very pleasant and the included breakfast was satisfactory and appreciated.

City itself not a great location, didn’t feel safe in the dark. Extremely expensive property for what was offered. Bathroom a little bit mouldy

Room was small so that it was difficult to pass each other around the bed. No AC though they don't claim to offer it either.

Hotel offered breakfast and free laundry across the street in their other hotels. Bathroom was pretty large and had good water pressure in the shower. Location was great for exploring the Hurricane Ridge area of Olympic National Park, and walking distance to the downtown area for restaurants and shops.

Our room was right next to house cleaning and they were very noisy every day slamming doors and talking loudly outside our room. We like to sleep in past 7 AM when on vacation. 

The location to downtown and all of the sightseeing.
