Nowhere else did we have to submit passport and ID photos for verification, this was unnecessary admin. House also did not have bedding or towels.

It wasn't easy to get to even with a Sat Nav.....! No hand towel in the bathroom....

Apartment was clean and spacious with good light due to big windows. View wasn't spectacular but reasonable. Location is quiet. Really appreciate the 2 fans provided as it was really hot on the day we arrived and made sleeping that night very pleasant.

Not easy to find the apartment even with the help of the Sav Nav. Instruction for disposable of rubbish was not useful as the garage door was locked. Would really prefer to have towels provided, however we were only staying for one night.

Property was large, airy and bright. Facilities are good for overnight stay - not sure if it's for a week. Really appreciated the provision of fans in the lounge and bedroom as it was really hot and humid.

The whole area is a bit spooky and one feels closely watched by the neighbors. Very basic bathroom with broken ventilation.

Nice to have sofa, terrace and garden, great to have a coffee machine and tea bags. Quiet area at the edge of a park. Free parking on the street.

The building and some of the furnishing is showing its age. Mostly cosmetic, so no big deal.

Location: quiet, and parking is easy. There's a nice view, and only a few minutes drive from the city center. Accommodation: Spacious, comfortable Host: easy to reach, quick to respond, helpful!

Spacious, modern and clean appartment with everything you need for your family. Only 1km walk from the centre of Liege. I had a question and called the owner and he immediately answered and was very helpful. A great place to stay for families in Liege.

The fact that it was very quiet was offset by the walking distance to town. Not a dealbreaker but a hilly walk. No problem if you drive .

The apartment was clean with a garden and ashtray for smokers. Well warm excepted in the morning but guess it was due to the fact that I had to checkout.

Very nice location in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very spacious and clean with a beautiful garden. It has all you need and tips are provided to get around the city!

The fans didn’t work in the kitchen nor bathroom. So it stinks in there after cooking and using the toilet. It’s wasn’t clean enough. There was leftover food in the freezer.

It was easy to park at the property. The best thing was no keys. The property has electric locks. The apartment was large. The heater worked well when you figure out how to use the thermostat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

Coffee machine was not in good condition.

The kitchen is dirty, we had to clean the coffee machine before we used it. The first time we turned it on, the water that came out was almost black without using a coffee filter. The bed is not made, you have to make it for youself. I have never experienced such a thing anywhere in or outside Europe. After completing your reservation you are asked (told) to bring your own sheets which is ridiculous. On top of it, there are only double blankets which are super inconvenient if you are not a couple who actually like sharing the blanket. Be prepared to receive book-long lists of rules that you have to obey. We didn’t feel welcome at all, we felt as if we were an inconvenient way to make some money.

The apartment is bright and there is no need to wait for the host as entering the building and the apartment works by using codes. The apartment is spacious if rented by 2 people.

I got more or less 8 mails in between the reservation and the day of the stay. Some asking me for confirmation. I did reply to all these requests, tried even to call few days before the stay, leaving a message since nobody answered nor called back. The day of the stay, I received a long mail indicating that I would receive the door keycodes by mail. I then ONLY read that I had to bring bath towels, bath carpet and bed sheets! Since I did not receive any door keycodes 3 hours before the check-in, I called again the owner who was then very helpful. He sent me the codes and indicated that if I had no bed sheets, towels etc, I could find some in his garage that I could use to make my bed...What I did. The apartment was very cold so I called again the owner who indicated that all info was in the long emails in terms of managing the heating system. He again was very helpful in increasing the temperature remotely. In conclusion : the stay was more or less OK overall. However the fact that the owner did not show up nor did call me upfront did not help. Sending mails after mails - with missing key information (like the door keycodes) does not seem right to me. Finally, and after many years of usage of Booking.com to reserve hotel or B&B nights, it is the first time that I had to pick up towels and sheetsin the garage and make my bed myself for a 85 Eur night w/o breakfast. It seems that due to a new rule in Belgium, the owner of a property put in renting may not make the beds anymore !! That information was not mentioned at the time of reservation and I think that it is misleading. When called, the owner was very helpful - my suggestion is that he should proactively call and make things clear rather than wait for a last minute call from the people renting.

Kitchen has not been cleaned since long time. Rest of apartment was clean enough but definitely the owner should focus on cleaness of kitchen
