Very thin walls. And tiny elevator.

Room ars up to standard, very clean. Complimentary water. Coffee machine. I even had some bubbles for breakfast and the most important: location, location, location! It's perfect!

Lack of car parking as above. The difficulty in walking 1.5 kms to park my car and then again to collect is was foul. Fortunately it was not raining

The room was excellent, but we were extremely disappointed on arrival to learn that there were NO facilities for parking my car. In the end we unloaded suitcases on the pavement and then drove 1.5 km to the nearest parking place on outskirts of the town. This had further complications as we needed to leave early to drive to the Shuttle and I had to walk the same 1.5 kms with some of our lighter luggage to pick up my car and drive back to hotel to load suitcases while "parked" on the pavement. You should warn future guests of this distincr drawback. Had I known I would NOT have stayed in this otherwise good hotel.

the room was on the street side and since it had no airco we slept with the window open and had noise from the party crowd all night the mattress was bigger than the bed which was a bit annoying when you slept on the rim of the bed

Entrance, was via the side of the restaurant like you are entering an apartment above a store. The lady was nice but it was all a bit stiff. It didn't feel "joyful"

Bathroom was large and nice, a bit dirty in the shower. But both Bath & Shower were present, lovely size of bathroom.

Unfortunately the timing of our stay was not the best but mostly out of the hotel's control. Warnings prior to booking would have been helpful.The hotel's restaurant was closed, noisy roadworks outside and the only parking was on street and distant.

Simple but comfortable and very clean. Large well fitted bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Windows that opened! Plentiful continental breakfast. Good location, one road back from the seafront and so many restaurant and cafe choices, hard to choose.

- didn’t have a parking area - the rooms are not very clean - the interiour of the hotel is small and old - the elevator is very very small and not safe - the room has no air conditioner and you cannot sleep with the windows open because of the noise

- next to the beach and all the stores and restaurants - easy to find - the personal was helpfull - the breakfast was good

The staff was not really friendly and did not speak good English. It is difficult to unload luggage since parking is difficult in the area.

Hotel with very good location just on the wonderful beach. The braekfast was OK and the room was clean and the bed comfy. Very nice bathroom with everything you need. Nice to have coffee/tea in the room.

No air con. Very noisey with cars racing during the night (not hotels fault obviously).

The lady who checked us in was very helpful. Extremely limited english but she really tried here best and between us every thing was clear. Room very well equipped and comfortable. Great location

I had to book the last room (busy weekend) and there was no view to the outside. Since hotel was full there was no option, otherwise there would have been.

The lady who manages the hotel is exceptionally friendly and kind. Location is amazing, on one side the commercial street, on the other side the sea side.

There is almost no parking place. The lift & hallway needs some renovation.

The location is super as it is only 10m from the beach and at the same time at the beginning of the Main Street of the town

The fact the hotel wasn’t on the beach as stated when booked. Terrace wasn’t open. Did not cater for disabled people. Cleaners coming in the room when not required. Items going missing from the room when we were out. No hand rails on stairs. Room door being opened in the night whilst we were asleep. Very rude female receptionist.

None wheelchair accessible, pictures over promise, accessed by a tiny door off the sea front, street parking is in the green zone several blocks back.

Property was not accessible by wheelchair so couldn’t access, had to find somewhere else to stay.

The bath room was very spacious with a nice bathtub , clean and staff was very nice. coffe machine and water boiler in the room. Nice breakfast, amazing location.
