Good to be back - good service, clean comfortable forms, quiet at night even though in Spa centre. Breakfast good, evening meal was great.

The bed was very soft, which was not ideal for me.

A very warm welcome from the manager and we were able to check in early which was convenient for us. Hotel is in a good location in the centre and close to all the main things in Spa. The room was comfortable and quiet overlooking a small square, the bathroom large and well designed. We had an enjoyable if short stay.

The restaurant seems to be good but having to go through it during lunch/dinner with your luggage isn't a great experience (for neither type of guests - restaurant/hotel). We also found plenty of hair in the bathroom wall and floor, which shows cleaning could be better. Before leaving I showed the picture to the "front desk".

It's a charming hotel in a perfect location, with a good breakfast.

The hotel we stayed in was Villa des Fleur's just around the corner. The hotel Laurberge had double booked and did not get in touch. They did however organise our stay around the corner at Villa des Fleiur which was a 4* at no extra cost.

Too hot. Fan could not plug in the main part of the room - we had to plug it into bathroom socket. Not enough accessible electric plug sockets to charge phones or plug in the fan

Fantastic location in the centre of Spa. Rooms renovated and modern, and good size. Comfortable bed, good shower. Very nice friendly helpful staff. We’ve stayed here before and would again.

They charge 30€ more for the room that in theory has the big double bed. We arrived to the room and find out that it is not such, they are two single beds put together, I could have save 30€ chosing the room with individual beds. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant, pretty uncomfortable during peak hours.

The bathroom was modern. Really clean room. Location is perfect.

Wifi's bandwidth was too small. We couldn't stream Netflix. There was only one outlet by the bed. Ideally, there should be one outlet each bed side. But there are two more outlets in the entrance and one more in the bathroom so it wasn't a big problem.

We stayed on a very hot night & required the windows to be open as there is no air conditioning. The noise from the street below was very loud until well into the middle of the night, as was the traffic noise from the main road. This is of course not the fault of the hotel & it would not stop us from returning again - but is good to be aware of.

This is our third time staying at Hotel l'Auberge. We love the location in the heart of Spa & have also enjoyed eating at the restaurant on several occasions (it was not open the night we stayed this trip). The hotel also offers a plentiful breakfast. The rooms are a good size & the shower is great - bed very comfortable & additional pillows were available.

Lift and parts of the hotel cramped for space, but little could be done to change that

The elevator is a little snug. It's a little difficult to use if you have several bags. There is also no dedicated parking for the hotel, which meant that we had to keep going to the car and changing the parking card time.

The location was great! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. Everything is within a 100m radius. You can walk to the cable car for the Thermes Spa in 5 mins or less. The bathroom was surprisingly large.

In summer the sun is hitting the windows and the room can get very warm. The portable ventilator available in the room helped a bit.

Very new, modern and comfortable room with an impeccable bathroom. Despite facing the main square the room was very quiet. Breakfast was also very good and serving personnel very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Unfortunately the rooms do not have air conditioning and on a very hot evening the window had to be left open, due to the proximity to the town the noise from outside was loud until 3:00am on a Saturday. Apart from this the rooms are extremely comfortable and more importantly, impeccably clean.

Our room key cards were very temperamental as was safe. But staff quick to help out. Good continental breakfast. We missed eating dinner in hotel as it was closed on Wednesday

Location, pretty town, room had view onto square. visited Thermes de Spa which was a great day. Appreciated the lift even though small hotel.
