Bathroom was not very clean (hair in multiple places, moldy curtains, towels had stains) and the doors to the bathroom can’t be closed fully. Quite cold at night. The facilities could be better for the price - you are mostly paying for the location. The elevator is questionable. If you’re only staying for a night or two and are not gonna spend much time in the room anyway it’s fine, the location makes up for it.

Mold on the walls under the windows, walls covered in stains. All kind of hair in the bathroom, did not look clean at all. Couldn’t fall asleep until 2am because of noises. People were knocking on my doors probably as a joke.

People working there are so kind and nice! Location is perfect.

The front desk is guarded 24/7 which might be nice but you can't enter the hotel without someone unlocking the door and giving you back your key, since you have to leave it with the staff everytime you leave the hotel. The room was nice but not very clean and there is just some wobbly sliding door between bed and the partially cleaned bathroom. So privacy is off the menu. One time we came back to our room and it was very clear to us that someone entered it while we were gone. It was even dirtier now and things were moved. We saw some painter/mechanic in the morning walking around the hotel, so we guessed it had to be him. Nevertheless we were not priorily informed that someone will enter our room and they didn't clean it afterwards. All in all, I will not stay here again.

The hotel is easily reached from the city centre by foot (10-15 minutes) or even quicker by public transportation. There was little to no traffic noise in front of the hotel. The room, we stayed in, was acceptable for a few nights with regard to size and the bed was comfortable.

Only thing we didnt like, we heard in the other room around 5.00 o’clock in the morning a couple is arguing and its so loud we didint sleep good.

This property is nice and clean. And its recommendable for somebody to have a weekend. The transportation is easy only 1 Tram and your already in the city of antwerpen. The staff is so friendly🥰

My room was a "deluxe" one, now I do not expect top service for that price, but... Finding the heating off in the room and the window open, when I'm still paying 90 euro per night... I understand it's a warm winter for Belgium, outside, but it took 24 hours to get back to standard livability for a hotel room. Moreover, they completely forgot to mop the bathroom floor. Finally, very small towels, indeed: but you can ask for more ones.

The room was very quiet and the bedding was comfortable enough. The bathroom furniture looked new and spotlessly clean.

If you like your privacy when using the toilet, the room we were in did not allow it. The sink was just near the bed, and the door of the toilet did not isolate the noises. Uncomfortable if your roommate is not your partner or someone very close

The room is very basic. Fine for a solo trip but if I had my partner with me it would be far too small, especially the bed. The room has no view and it was pretty cold!

I could start with the fact that although I rented the deluxe double room, I had the sink next to the bed, because the bathroom was somehow located in a closet, or at least that was the impression it gave me. I mean, we had a wooden sliding door and inside the respective 'room', there was a toilet with a mini shower... It didn't bother me so much because I stayed one night, but what surprised me even more is that I went with some friends, they opted for a twin room with a shared bathroom and somehow, they had a 'normal' bathroom in the room as well. So my suggestion would be that if you want to stay longer, rent a twin room...

The location of the hotel was ok, because we had a tram that can get you to the center in 5 minutes. And also the tram station was very close. If you want to walk, aprox. 20 min till center. I would recommend to shop at the supermarket in the center of the city because I didn't notice any closer to the hotel

Room a little small for 2 people. Bathroom extremely small, almost no room to move! No breakfast offered either paid breakfast or free breakfast. Quite far from city centre of Antwerp. Staff did n't know too much about local transport into the city. Don't know if there is lift access to upper floor.

A very quiet hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely secure building with 2/3 doors to enter exit the building. Our upstairs room, number 3, contained a large double bed, with bed sheet, duvet and nice pillows. /the room also had a small wardrobe with coathanggers and open cubbards to put bags and clothes, etc. There was a large sink in the room and a table on each side of the bed sto put items. Plug sockets near bed. Very small en-suite bathroom, with toilet and toilet paper and good, walk-in shower. Shower had good hot water and power. 2 bath towels were provided. Liquid soap was also provided . Mirror above sink. Room had a window and also a fan. Two small foldable wooden chairs in room. Good speed, free WiFi in room. Tea/coffee and water was offered downstairs for free. Hotel has a small lounge near reception. Hotel is staffed 24 hours. 5 minute walk to a tram stop. 10 minute walk to a big supermarket and to cafes/restaurants.
