The bathrooms and sinks are not well-maintained. Door handles come off and mosquito nets are either not there at all or have huge holes in them. The elevator is small for such a large vacation building. Warning: the bar tender at the restaurant by Building C yells at guests who sit on the cushions with wet/damp bathing suits on. Given this restaurant is in a beach resort literally on the beach, the expectation to not come for lunch from the beach with wet/damp clothes is absurd! The bold guy with tattoos and glasses (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) started yelling at my son who does not speak Bulgarian and attempted to push him off the seat! Insanity! We had ordered the food so we finished our lunch and left but will NEVER set foot there again! I’d fire him in a heartbeat as I’m sure we are not the first nor we will be the last people he will treat like garbage!

On the beach so location is perfect for a family vacation. The pools by the buildings are well-maintained but the lounge chairs around them are not comfortable and outdated. Breakfast was good (choice of drinks was poor). Our apartment had 2 bedroom so very spacious and with a gorgeous sea view.

The apartment was not properly cleaned in any day, expecialy the bathroom floor, which was not cleaned for several days, even after I informed the front desk. And the fact that both air conditioners did not cool the air at all, they were only ventilating the aer. I informed the front desk but nothing was resolved until we left.

Overall it was a good experience.

The bathroom was never cleaned, the sand from Sunday was still present on Friday. No soap or shower gel in any day, and we also had to buy toilet paper as that was randomly provided. The 2 ACs only worked as ventilators, neither cooled the air, I announced this on Tuesday morning, and nothing changed until we left on Friday.

The location is wonderful, staff very polite and helpful. The beach was clean and not crowded

there are no umbrellas on the beach the number of beach chairs is very limited cleaning the rooms is an issue: must be scheduled one day ahead (and this is in a so called 4 stars hotel), is done poorly also lightning in the rooms was an issue - one bulb worked in the living room; nobody checks anything before the checkin kitchenware is not verified or renewed - missing glasses, plates and so on breakfast is OK, but no variety - same food everyday

the location is great - on the beach apartments are large and comfy you have almost all the kitchenware you need and also the food in the restaurants is good enough

I booked exclusive sea view. I recieved an apartment with pool view. It is usual in this location; buy something and recieve diffrent things. I will not come back. Ever! The rooms are not clan. Sand in bathroom. Matress and pillow smell bad.

We had problems with finding parking spot, the apartments was not good cleaned and the wifi was not working at all.

The food was okay, maybe a bit low quality. We loved that it was really close to the beach and if you ever want to go to the center you can use the shuttle bus which was quite cheap and was working in comfortable for us hours. The staff are amazing!

The biggest issue was the lack of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. I know this is managed by another company, but at least the hotel could had informed the customers about this, so they can arrive prepared. Another issue for us was the fact that we were not allowed to enter in the complex with the car for unloading the baggage, so we had to do this over the fence.

Need to pay extra for parking. 10 lv outside and 15 lv underfloor car park IF available. Room cleaning it’s after request only even if you use the door note. Get in touch with reception for all that first. There is sun beds and parasols available at pools side only and sometimes not enough. If you want to stay on the sand need to bring your own umbrella and will need to be there before 10am to sort yourself and family with sun bed otherwise it does get busy and probably will struggle to find any after that. Slow check in due to faulty software. Not ok if coming after a long drive. Probably temporary fix. Can do with few more smiles from the staff for a 4 star place.

Did like the staff at the bar , lovely food there too.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to ,for these reasons in particular: -incompetent, not to mention unfriendly, staff who barely speak English even tho they have a lot of foreigner tourists. Any time you have an issue they will say “it’s not my problem” -they have a small parking lot with max 10 spots which are always busy. On our first day we asked the gatekeeper where can we park and he said everywhere. The next day our car was taken because we parked on the left side on a corner which apparently is illegal in Bulgaria. We went straight to the reception to ask what can we do in this situation and the receptionist said “it’s more of a police matter” and basically wanting to do nothing to help. When she saw how serious we were with her because it was the hotel’s fault for not having parking spots, she called the manager who was the only competent person there that spoke English and wanted to help. She drove my friend to where the car was taken but we still had to pay 50 leva as we were fined. Not to mention that if you want to park inside the gate ( of the hotel) you have to pay extra. -the food is bad. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have paid extra to get breakfast included.Even in the restaurants where you can pay ( like the pizza bar) I had food cooked to the minimum extend. Highly recommend not to eat there -the wifi is poor, it goes in and out -the room is dirty. It was dirty when we checked in and through our stay. The first picture is from my pillow on the day I arrived. The second is from a day when we went to the beach and when we got back, the housekeeper left sand in our sink. The housekeeper will not clean if you leave a mark that they can come into the room, at most they will take the garbage out, get you new towels and a new toilet paper. Nothing more. One day I thought they changed the sheets only to find my dirty pillow ,from my first day, right on top of the bed.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. You are basically right at the beach.

No one came to clean the room for the entire stay. Bath towels were stained. The water stopped twice and as a goodbye when checking out I was asked whether I cleaned the kitchen?!!!! Seriously! For the amount of money I paid that was not worth it! We had friends who stayed in different hotel twice cheaper than ours and had fantastic service. This was meant to be 4 star hotel.

On arrival, the room was not clean. The bed linen was quite old,the towels were worn out. The cutlery was very old and obviously not washed in a while. The lunch buffet is ridiculously expensive, if you’re not on all inclusive basis, and the food quality did not match the price.

Lovely amazing resort with an amazing view to the sea, pool and bar area with music , the perfect recipe for an amazing holiday. I highly recomend this place, and is a great value for money . The only thing that I feel sorry for , is that we couldn't stay more than 2 night...this location is at least a whole week staying for being able to really enjoy it .

Half of the staff were quite unhelpful and borderline rude. When we arrived at this 4 star hotel I was told to park in the dusty field outside, because I can't enter the hotel area before checking in and paying for a parking space. Once we checked in and I had paid for a parking spot, I was given a specific parking spot inside the bounds of the hotel - when I went there to park it was already busy (taken by a non-paying client). The reception lady was very unhelpful when trying to resolve this, which in the end I had to do myself without help from the hotel. The breakfast is sufficient to not be hungry, however far from a 4 star hotel standard - e.g. the "fresh orange juice" was just squash in plastic cups...

The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is wide, clean and not very busy. We had a sea-view apartment and the view was great - the sunrise over the Black Sea. The rooms are spacious, but very sparsely and poorly decorated. The random selection of cheap furniture is not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. The room also lacked basic hotel toiletries like soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
