The sliding door to the bathroom left a gap, elevator was tiny and scary

There were no facilities for tea or coffee or anything at all in the room and when you went out, you had to leave your key with reception then buzz through 2 locked doors to get back in

The staff were really friendly and helpful when needed. The bed was really comfortable and clean. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from Amtwerp Central train station but there are some great bars and restaurants near by.

No view from the room. It's clear that they give the worst rooms to customers from booking.com.The receptionist even admitted that fact. "That's where the discount comes from", he said. There's no coffee or coffeemaker. The room is NOT cleaned daily. Both promisses con be found on booking.com, but are not kept by the hotel.

Quiet room, very friendly staff! I got a really warm welcome, although I showed up too early. The hotel is in a calm neighbourhood, but pubs are within 10 minutes walk.

The staff was really nice ! The hotel is not too far from the center, bus/tram are really close. The location, in front of the Beaux arts, is really nice ! We had a really great stay in Antwerp !

It isn't the most cozy/comfortable. The colors are a bit simple, definitely totally fine, but it felt slightly "hospital room" ish. The rooms themselves aren't super romantic, would help a lot to add a splash of color.

Wonderful location. It had everything we needed, perfectly happy and great value for money. The TV was wonderful and Wifi was also a good speed, we watched a movie in the hotel room and some shows before bed.

They lied about offering smoking rooms. They knew from other customers that their property was listed as smoking, but they didn't seem to care. Also, the receptionist asked me to see which facilities are listed on the booking app to know what she has to give me, such as a hairdryer, water kettle, etc. The hallway leading to the room smelled like piss. The door to our private bathroom didn't close completely. It didn't serve its purpose. No intimacy.

Excellent small hotel near the Royal museum of fine arts, very good if you want to attend the Late Thursday event in the museum. Comfortable room with private bathroom. Polite and helping staff. Good coffee every morning.

Staff working there are amazing and very welcoming, they even warmed our food from the local market. Good facilities and TV channel had sport which is hard to get in most places. Quiet neighbourhood the staff allowed us to store our bag for some few hours on our check out date..very close to the Tram line. Place suited our budget and was value for money.

Unfortunately there was mould in our room when we arrived - but once we raised this with the staff they cleaned it immediately. There was also no bathmat.
