It may appear isolated, but in reality, it's only a short drive from Maastricht. I reached Maastricht in just a few minutes by taking a road with a speed limit of 30 km/h (please be cautious because this road is not always open to traffic).

I explained that I needed to stay overnight on my way back home from Spa-Francorchamps for the race, and I wasn't able to check in according to the usual rules. I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in. Furthermore, in the morning, I'm not the most sociable person, but they were exceptionally kind to me.

No elevator could be a hazzle in case of heavy luggage up to 3rd floor. Was not our case, but an offer to help carrying the luggage upstairs would have been appreciated ( even if we didn't really needed it)

Breakfast was very good / Nice terras with drinks that could be ordered / convenient that we could have dinner in the hotel / Dinner was of good quality, but not exceptional , i.e. standard quality cooking

Very well maintained family owned hotel. Our room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, bedding and towels fresh and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel is only 10 min drive from Maastricht, but the price is more competitive compared to hotels in the city. There is enough free parking space on a quiet street in front of the hotel and also several parking places onsite.

Hotel Limburgia is a very nice little hotel in Kanne. It is very clost to the Chateau Neerkanne, where we had dinner. Also walking and biking distance from Maastricht. The countryside is beautiful in the area.

This hotel is near Maastricht, in a nice and quit Belgium town. The staff does a good job to accommodate you and everything you need is there. The hotel and rooms are nice and tidy and breakfast is fresh and good. There is a loading station to charge your electric car and enough parking space in the vicinity of the hotel. We slept very well and enjoyed our stay.

Lack of power sockets in the room, specifically next to the bed. Only one side had access to an outlet. bathroom is a little dated but functional. Appears to have very limited parking spots.

Nice location, just outside Maastricht, on the Belgian and Netherlands border. Good size room and comfy bed. The included breakfast was also very nice. Husband and wife owners very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close from Maastricht center. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The Hotel has a Restaurant but you have to make the reservation early.

Arrived on Wednesday which was staff day off so no restaurant or bar. Receptionist answered questions but would have been nice to know about limited facilitates beforehand.
