Walking into the lifts and down the corrdiors, the decor did feel quite dated but that's being super picky. The reception area and rooms themselves were more modern.

The location was perfect! Very central to all the sites we wanted to visit. The room and bathroom were also very clean. For the cost, it was the perfect base.

Bar was closed on days we stayed, Disappointing breakfast on first day so cancelled the second one and went out and had a great breakfast nearby.Had run out of bottled water on reception area. No tea/coffee making facilities in room

Location for Xmas Markets, on site parking, allowed to leave our car in car park after check out so we could continue our sightseeing.

We had booked a room for 3 people. Would have liked a room that looked like the photos advertised but instead had a double bed and the third bed in a small side room with no bedside table. Only a small comment on an otherwise excellent stay

The rooms are quite compact. I was in a twin room but basically there was no gap between the 2 beds. I had also requested a quiet room but on our first night we were in a room where noise from air conditioning units kept us awake. However we did request a room change & the following morning we moved to a much quieter room which was much better.

The location is excellent. You really are in the heart of the old city. And a lot of the sites are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very nice with quite a lot of options available. There is a nice small bar in the hotel, however we were disappointed to find it didn't open on Sunday or Monday.

No kettle! No kettle or tea making facilities. No kettles were even available to hire. Walked the entire city to eventually find a shop that sold them. I had to purchase one. I really need a cup of tea first thing in the morning.

I honestly can't think of anything - maybe the room we were in 223 was a little noisy with a humming noise which we think was from the lifts as we were just to the back of them but we wore ear plugs so didn't spoil the stay

the room was lovely and modern and warm! I had the bottom bunk as we were a party of 3 and I've got to say it was very comfortable - the breakfast was good value and the location was perfect! will 100%stay here again

The "hot" food at breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages) was barely warm, almost cold.

The location was excellent with only short walks to the markets and shops.

Lack of beverage making facilities was evident, the gap between bath and shower screen allowed water all over the floor.

The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, one staff member at the finish of his night took a couple of ladies to the station, that's above and beyond!

The pillows on the bed were small squares not normal pillows. Noisy trolleys being moved about far to early in mornings.
