The aircondition is not equipped to cool down the room if is is over 28 degrees. Communal areas as halways and elevators look very tired and old.

The location is very central in Antwerp and relativaly easy to reach with a car. Parking in the garage next door is cheap voor a big city around 18 euro for 24 hours. The rooms was good and clean with comfortable beds.

Our showerhead broke on the day of arrival which they couldn't replace this made showering a bit uneasy but not impossible. We just had to hold it. This was however compensated with a nice sweet chocolate bun.

Did not have breakfast. The rooms were nice and well decorated. The bathroom was nice as well with a big shower and a nice sink. The beds were comfortable and the location was amazing. It was very close to one of the busiest shopping streets.

Facilities are old. Mold in toilet and bathroom. Air conditioner is broken. We had to turn on the small heater for the whole night and it was a little noisy and not enough.

Reception staff is very friendly. The location is very good! Price is OK.

It’s definitely not value for money and not 4 stars hotel at all. The hotel is in a very tired condition. The room windows were cleaned a long time ago. Cracks and spots are everywhere. The ventilation system in the bathroom looks dirty and was too loud because of air coming from it. There was only one cup in the room for 2 people.

The reception stuff is exceptionally welcoming and nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Hotel in urgent need for renovation and it seems it is undergoing one - it should be shut down in the meantime. Our room had no skirting boards - a sign that it is being renovated - I don't understand why they offer such rooms to customers.

Hotel with great potential - I liked that the carpet was replaced with floor panels. The room was huge and the lady at the reception was nice.

The bathroom door was broken and it was not possible to even slide it a little to have some privacy, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and it also wasn't possible to have a proper shower. The room itself is quite worn out and needs some maintenance. The toilet on the ground floor next to the lobby was also out of order.

The location is central and convenient for a short stay, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

I understand that some poeple say that the hotel is a bit old but their furniture is new, the old chair cushions and old paint looking walls were not that big of a deal for me.

Excellent location and good price. A walking distance from central station. It is close to China town and Thai street. So, if you want a good price authentic Asian food like Thai Chinese or Turkish this is a great neighborhood for it. The room is spacious and there is an aircondition for summer season which is very important.

The "Hotel" looks abandoned, it was hard to find as there's no signage outside the building. When we arrived we found the only person of the staff available that was outside smoking and after a few minutes we realized that she was managing the whole structure during her shift. Everything around you is completely aged, dark, dirty and the feeling is like it has been reopened recently after years of abandonment but without any clean up and maintenance. First thing we noticed was the insiede of the elevator was so dirty that we hesitated to touch the buttons. When we get in the room we noticed after a second that there were spider webs and missing part of the walls, the furniture were put together without any logic like chairs higher than the table, broken curtains so we couldn't make the room completely dark and we also couldn't open the window to let the air comes in. But one the worst thing, if possible, was an elctric heater which is one the most dangerous I have ever seens in a hotel with old dusty moquette everywhere! I'm quite sure the minimum safety requirements are not respected. Additionally we couldn't use the toilet the morning after the nightmare as when we flushed it we realized it was not enough powerful to do its job. We asked the staff to get a toilet brush as it was available and they replied they don't have one in the whole Hotel!!!!!! The "breakfast" was a sad selection of not fresh food, I was near to choke because of the dry bread and I'm still asking myself how is it possible to cook such disgusting scrumbled eggs!!!! Lastly I would say that this "Hotel" shouldn't be on Booking and I think it should close as soon as possible. The faded 4 stars you see a t the entrance are actually ZERO. Unless you don't want to eperience an horror hotel movie my advice is to avoid it!!!! Booking I want my money back!!!!

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Central Station. All the rest was a sort of nightmare. Horrible hotel, I would ask for money back.

The room was in very poor shape, they gave us a dirty room, that wasn't clean after previous guests. Only after we complained we got the cleaned room, although it was not clean at all.

They shoud not rent rooms while renovating. We had no heater and it got quite cold its super noisy there, the windows are not working bathrrom was worn out

There was a hole in the bed, that changed at request. The building is under reconstructions and looks not nice. The walls in the room were ugly, the shelf was literally hanging from the wall. The heater made a strange sound. It was also not very clean in the room, but the bathroom was clean.

Close to gare, bathroom was fine.
