The hotel is like in the pictures. Our room was large and comfortable and although the bathroom window went out to the street, it was also quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The mansion is absolutely beautiful, the room is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the whole hotel team is extremely kind and willing to help. They were very insightful with their tips on what to see. I forgot my sweater, and they wrote me a message to make sure I get it back.

The stairs to our room were external and although this wouldn’t have been an issue, the fact that they were always dirty made it feel as if they were considered as a second class area detached compared to all the other areas of the hotel. The room didn’t have a hot water boiler which even a very basic hotel room should have or coffee and tea facilities should be granted 24/7 in a communal area if boiler is not available.

Staff members were welcoming and checked on us how our stay was and when a member of our party had an issue they were very prompt at rectifying. Bed was very comfy and the hotel decor is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was good and just what we needed.

Everyone in the hotel was very kind and friendly. The location is a few minutes walk away to city center. They don't have dinner, but there are a few quite good restaurants nearby. Totall recommend this hotel.

The pool is quite small and as it is an old property, you can hear other guests foodsteps on the wooden floor. In exchange, not very inconvenient in comparison of the beauty of this place.

This palazzo is super beautiful and charming! We are still in awe of this place and you can feel the history. It is well located in the quiet, beautiful Tuscan countryside. It is very well taken care of and very quiet. We would definitely return for a romantic getaway- I felt like a princess! If this is what you are looking for, this is it!

I didn't like the bed but that is matter of personal preference.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe to it and you immediately feel good, especially taking a refreshing dip into the pool.

If I could give this property higher than 10 I would!! Honestly one of the best experiences/hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I travel a LOT, especially with being a flight attendant. The staff went above and beyond with absolutely everything for us, I’ve never had a hotel make a difference in a trip but this was definitely the first time! We could not thank them enough, they were amazing and so friendly/helpful. Even the little things like when we were having a drink, they saw and brought us out some chips and olives. Breakfast was amazing, such a large selection and the croissants were unreal. The grounds were stunning, such a beautiful property and place, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I could go on and on, I highly highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

we loved the swimming pool it was fresh and could swim at night time! 👍 the atmosphere is amazing espepecially we were impressed by the collection of Japanese vases! breakfast was simple but okay. The stuff was way too friendly 👍👍!
