The price of breakfast was a bit steep, but otherwise, nothing.

The location, near to the station, was just right, and very easy to find. Although a little far from the centre of town, it was next to excellent bus routes, and I used public transport on my visit. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful - with excellent English! I didn't book breakfast, as I felt it was rather expensive (18 Euros) for the amount of breakfast I usually have. Should mention that my mobility is not good (dodgy knees!) but this didn't spoil my enjoyment of Ghent or the hotel - which has a lift! I'd definitely stay there again.

Car park is quite tight, we managed to get a medium hatchback in through the entrance, if you have a Tesla Model S or similar, forget it 😀

Great location, spacious, comfy beds, helpful staff. Car chargers at all parking spaces (you will need to activate with a charge-card, a Chargemap one worked for me). Room was spotless. Dog friendly and a nice park at the end of the street to take them a walk.

We were there for a conference in 't Kuipje, which made it the perfect spot as we could walk to the conference. In case you are there for a city visit, the surroundings may be less attractive with also some street noise. But overall, we were very pleased with the stay.

Very friendly, helpfull staff. Small but clean rooms, very nice breackfast. Parking inside is also a plus as there's not much parking space in the streets.

We were very happy with the hotel. However, for some travellers it may a bit far from the city centre, about a half hour walk. There is a tram stop five minutes walk away, costs €2.50 and takes you right into the city centre.

Our room was lovely. It was bright and spacious and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The bed was magnificently comfortable and I had my best sleep in ages. The breakfast room is cosy and the food offered was delicious and fresh. The cooked breakfast was made to order. The hotel is an easy ten minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is cute and cozy. The staffs are very friendly. We were happy with our room and the service. The location is right next to the train station and around 25' by foot to the city center/ historical center. The elevator is a bit too small; otherwise, we don't have anything to complain about.

Couldn't understand why there was hammering and drilling fron 0650 in the morning. You're a hotel, people are maybe sleeping then! Thought that was totally avoidable and to be honest was pretty annoying/ unnecessary.
