Good location, close to central station and city center. The size of the room was ok, it was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, much better than the average in Brussels!

Ever since the energy crisis of 2022, some four star-hotels have turned off the aircon in the entire hotel. Even though electricity prices are back to normal, this hotel does that too, unfortunately, to increase their profit margin. When I asked reception whether the aircon could be turned on, the staff replied that it's still off because of winter (it was half May) and she knows it's warm but nothing could be done. We had to open the window, which was annoying because it was a very noisy Saturday night, with sirens and drunk people screaming outside. I think it's outrageous that a four star hotel advertises aircon and then turns it off, but still charges over 150 euros for one night without breakfast. I won't stay at nh again.

The location, walking distance to everything. The central train station is a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice gym, small but efficient with treadmill, stairclimber, and barbells.

Air conditioner was off so the room was a bit too warm for me and it was noisy with the window open. Shower was fine but over the bath, I prefer a walk in shower.

The location was near Central station, lots of cafes and bars nearby. The receptionist was friendly and we were allowed to check-in 2 hours early. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and everything was fine. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Was able to check out online.

The room didn't have a working heating system so it was very cold. We did complain and we were given a plug in heater which was great. they sorted the issue out immediately but I wonder if we had checked in later after 5pm if this would be the case. The lamp also did not work so it seemed the electrics were dodgy. They did not clean the floor so well and we were given 1 toilet paper only. The staff however, sorted all the issues out very well but for the price i was expecting better room. Also little noisy you could hear the cars, people etc it needs a revamp

The mattress was flat out awful. Very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. The windows didn't keep out much noise from the traffic. It was very noisy at night with loud cars and motorcycles speeding by a half a block away. As a result I didn't get very good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The room was small but worked fine for one person.

The location is very close to all the attractions which was both good and bad. Good in the sense that everything was steps from the hotel. Not so great in the sense that it was near a busy street that was very noisy, especially at night. The property was clean and the breakfast was good quality with good variety.

The beds were quite firm and the rooms were in desperate need of a refresh. The floor tile in several areas of the room were damaged.

The pictures online looked nothing like the rooms. The rooms were very outdated and old. Bed was super uncomfortable and not supportive. Lighting in the bathroom and room was very dim and hard to see anything when getting ready.

The location was amazing and the staff were very accommodating.

The lack of mirrors in the main bedroom and lighting, some women like to put make up on and I had to use a hand mirror and my phone light to be able to see what I was doing. The screen between the bathroom and bedroom is very unnecessary and it wakes whoever is in bed up if someone goes to the toilet at night and turns the light on. The TV is in French which is fine but would be good if there was an option to log into personal subscriptions. We also found quite a lot black mould behind the curtains. Rm 703.

The location of the hotel is spot on! 5 minute walk from Central Station which has local connections all over the city and 5 minutes from local pubs, bars and the Grand Palace. The room was big enough for us both and we slept very well. Ample wardrobe space for us both to fully unpack and the bed was very large and comfortable.
