We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeTerrible misuse of nh name for a quasi holiday inn express style hotel .As it was NH we assumed it was the usual high standards of Nh .Big Shock .After waiting 1 hour in the cold the shuttle bus finally showed up..The level was that of holiday inn express airport hotel far below usual NH without any warning .Reception staff disinterested in our ordeal .we were told to go to info desk but it was closed .second call were told to wait by freezing bus stop .No sign of promised taxi or bus .Third time lucky after 1 hour . Hotel building was small and remote albeit new .

United StatesThe only challenge we had was with the airport shuttle. While it was free, it arrived about 10-15 minutes late (first shuttle is supposed to leave at 4:00am). From what we saw, it seems the hotel has been having some troubles with this because of the shuttle company. However, the man at the front desk did everything within his power to get it sorted quickly, which we were very grateful for.
This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The value for the price is incredible, considering how conveniently located it is, and the quality of the room. Our room was modernly updated, very clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. It's one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at that is right next to a major airport, so I would definitely stay here in the future. The Diegem train station is literally across the street, so it is very easy to get back and forth to the city.

United StatesTaxi requested for 4 am arrived 4:25am, I know is not hotels responsible for it but maybe get a most trustworthy taxi company will help. I chose this hotel for the proximity and convenience to get to the airport, but I olmost miss my plain due to the taxi delay.

TurkeyShuttle service and the reception. Woman was like a robot and the men was not listening to the problem. It was informed that last shuttle would be at 11.15 am at level0 and platformE. They told me that reservation is not required. I was there at 10.50 and I waited for 25 minutes but bus did not come. I called the hotel, they told me to go to level2. I went there, then the person in the Info desk directed to another level. After two different people's two different direction I came to level2 again and they told me to go outside and find the taxi they arranged for me. No plate number?? I looked for the driver/taxi and 10 minutes later the driver found me.
Room is big and very comfortable. Bed also. Breakfast and restaurant was wonderful

Francetrains were on strike at the end of my stay so I had to walk with my bag to the tram station.
I like it is located in front of the train station and within walking distance from Eurocontrol Headquarters. I had the opportunity to select my room from the hotel map at online checking. I selected the room at the far end of the highest stair, and it was dreadly quiet.
