We were two and we needed one comfortable bed as you advertised. But we found two tiny beds pushed closer, which kept on seperating at night, waking me up to realign then, that was terrible.

The shower, it was very nice, but there was water allmost all over the bathroom because the floor was so flat that the water could not drain away fast enough.

There wasn't any breakfast. I would like to have a map and some information of the city, not only use my Phone (it's a little bit boring to stare the phone all the time).

the extra 2 beds it’s really low and the pillow is too big and really hard my neck is got little bit hurt because of the pillow . and also the neighboor was quite noisy and somebody was shouting at midnight .

A couple of plates, some glasses and cutlery could have been provided to go with the microwave and fridge.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station . This is a 3 star hotel with comfortable bed and Good shower room. All floors have lift access. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge . The TV had local channels and the Wifi was good.

wifi connection was spotty. I would turn off time-to-time. Toiletries were lacking. At least put a clear warning that toiletries only include liquid soap. the bed was quite uncomfortable. especially pillows.

the bathroom was clean, as well as facilities in General and room on arrival. temperature was warm, which I liked. compact design. very handy location in town center.

Good loccation - about 11min walk from train or buss station. To the center of Turku about 10min walk. Around a lot of cafe and shops -from 2min up to 7 min walk. You will have in your room the microwave owen, fridge, el.kettle and some coffee. Very good access into hotel during 24 hours by key code.

Lack of contact with the hotel staff (no reception, contact exclusively via email and SMS, access to the hotel via codes sent by SMS). Lack of information on where to find pillows and coverlets for fold-out couches. Finally, we found them.

everything was clean and working. no reception no lobby just an entrance with a broken wending machine. a just sleep and move on-place.

A self-service hotel, which in itself is fine, but you’ll get the crowds to match. The walls and doors are thin so you can hear a lot of noise from the corridor. On Friday night there was a guy who ran through the hallway screaming (I know, not the hotel’s fault), so the thin doors didn’t help. Probably the same guy who ripped the vending machine off the wall. There was a group of young sporters who hang their dirty sweaty clothes in the corridor that made it smell. Quite late check in (at 4 pm unless you pay extra for early check in).

The room and everything looked very clean, until I realized an old blood stain on one of the pillowcases. I was staying alone in a double room, so I just used the other one. Otherwise, it could be quite troublesome trying to find someone to change it - especially if you don't arrive during the day. Also, the shower drain was partially clogged so the whole bathroom floor was getting wet when you take a shower. Finally, such a basic hotel should be cheaper imo.

It delivers what it promises (mostly). No staff, very basic facilities. If you know the concept of Omenahotels and don't expect a regular hotel, there won't be any surprises. The location is very central. My room was facing the inner yard, so it was pretty quiet. They were responsive when I asked a question (via booking.com) before my stay.
