We opted for breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast is terrible. Maybe not so much the food quality (was average) but the eggs were cold and dripping wet. The bacon was soggy, greasy and cold. Other hot foods were just not prepared properly and were not appetizing. NH, you need to do better with the breakfast.

Excellent location. Short train ride to airport or can take hotel shuttle. We arrived at hotel by train from Brussels on last day of vacation. Walk across street from train station to hotel is convenient. Room was large and clean. Room faced train station and airport and yet there was very little noise heard in room (I am a light sleeper, believe me noise was not a problem).

There isn't a coffee machine in the room as per the website shown. Only a kettle and some instant coffee powder. Breakfast is too expensive, not worth the money.

The rooms were spacious and the size of the bathroom was bigger than expected.

I came by train but there were two exits to the station and I took the wrong one, so I had to look for the hotel and walk. I would suggest to inform the customer which exit is the right one to the hotel.

The bed was so comfortable. It was like lying on a cloud. I left early in the morning so there was no option for breakfast. So I appreciated the coffee and croissants in the lobby. It was a surprise. The free and short transport to the airport was great.

A minor complaint is when breakfast first starts, it takes a while to present room number, order food.

This hotel is reasonably priced, and is close to Brussels Airport. The staff were very helpful to this traveler who speaks minimal Dutch and no French.

The AC/heating system was npisy and had to switch it off during the night. Average quality of food served at the restaurant for dinner.

Great comfort and conveniently located minutes away from the airport. Welcoming staff and rooms clean and well equipped with coffee and other amenities. Generous and great breakfast.

Gym was small and old equipment. Breakfast was boring and same everyday. To many sweet dishes. Restaurant menu could be a little bit larger or change in a few days.

I came by train to the Diegem station. The hotel is right across the street from the station. I did finally learn from the website (not from the hotel confirmation) of this location. Several e-mails to the property asking for arrival information went unanswered.

The location is good for air travelers to and from Brussels and probably for business meetings. It is not a location for sightseeing. The staff was very helpful when I ordered a meal that I took to my room.

SOME OF THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. LACK OF SELECTION AND FISH VERY BAD TASTED AND COOKED. THE BREAKFAST INSTEAD WAS EXCELLENT.

We had an early flight so we chose to stay in this hotel. We can book a free shuttle (in our case it's a taxi) to go to the airport in early morning (5.30 AM) The room was good. The bed was comfy. Travel to the hotel is easy via a train. Right outside Diegem train station.

the shower has only 1panel, and when I took the shower, the water were everywhere in the wash room. Hotel has a restaurant on site, but there was not much choices.

Generally the hotel meets our needs. The bed is large and comfortable, wash room is spacious too.

They put me in a handicapped room that didn’t have hot water. After I complained they moved me.
