The breakfast is NOT worth the value - too small, way too crowded and not a lot of options...not worth the extra 20 EUR. The swimming pool had DIRT and SAND inside, overall it was dirty and needs maintenance urgently. We requested a QUIET room with a nice view very well in advance before arriving and we got a room overlooking the parking lot instead, just above the main hotel and lobby entrance and right in front of the elevator (on the 2nd floor) so we had noise all day and night. We requested a PAID late check out and they refused it "because its the weekend" (and the hotel was not even half full) so we didn't understand. Twice we ordered food from the restaurant at night and told us they had nothing left (it was only 8pm!) so we had no choice to order though an app since there is absolutely NOTHING around or near the hotel to get food. They do offer a small snack booth / kiosk but their sandwiches are terrible. Our room wasn't properly clean and the shower overflowed everytime we used it.

The swimming pool and the garden were nice to have but that's it, this hotel remains very limited in their services to guests. Overall we had a pleasant stay but we doubt if we'd stay there again....

Things were okay and the only thing I would say that I had issues coming at the time I was due in and had to convince the receptionist before I got a different room which was not a standard one as booked but eventually moved to the standard room the following day as I understood the rooms were all booked. Apart from that everything was okay

The pool didn't feel very clean with lots of sand etc on the bottom of it. The air-conditioning barely worked in both of our rooms.

The person on check-in was helpful and able to give us a city map and direct us to a park and ride location to get a tram into Antwerp as the hotel is located on an industrial estate.

Our reservation did not reach the hotel. Lady confirmed it was booked on Booking.com but the hotel did not expect us so the room wasn't ready.

I think the hotel is a bit old and it needs a renovation. The doors are old and they have damages, the bathroom tub floor is getting yellow and they need to think about a more user-friendly approach to using the bathroom because things are not situated well. Example: the tap is positioned in a weird way where you can barely wash your face.

Thé shower gave me a toff time how to turn it from tap to shower,and the water in the shower bowl rested for almost 30minutes before draining,and the break fast needs to be improve,little to chose from.

The breakfast was very poor. There was only 1 person working who was very grumpy and unhelpful. There was no bacon or pancakes left and when I asked for more he stomped off. There were no knives and I waited 15-20 mins for him to come out of the kitchen to ask for one. The tables around us were full of left plates etc and had not been cleared away

It is quite far away from the city center. not very easy to go there by public transport. Took a metro as close as we could for twenty minutes, but needed to walk for fifteen minutes more. In a bit confusing industry land.

It felt luxurious even if it was a cheaper hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big with a sofa bed and a big double bed. Would say it was very comfortable to sleep there. Felt clean and fresh.
