Outside noise is quite loud, I would recommend supplying earplugs in the room. Understandably the noise is in-avoidable due to location.

Very friendly inviting staff, simple clean room. Added bonus of a swimming pool on site. Breakfast - great value.

Towels were ripped and old and not very clean Toilet sinks were rusty and definetely need an improvment Bad smel in the toilet No bottle of water was provided during the stay No fridge or ketle in the room which I knew but I think they would have been essential for the stay

The hotel didn't have parking, so we had to drive to a parking garage two blocks away to park the car for 200 pesos. It was difficult to find the hotel because it was on a walking street and we couldn't see it. I had to leave the car and walk on the street to find the hotel and parking facilities.

It was in a happening part of Playa del Carmen. This can be good and bad. You could walk to restaurants, bars, etc.

It is a nice hotel in the heart on Playa de Carmen. Close proximity to all the shops pubs and travel agents. More than few cash point close by. 7/11 and Walmart close also for some sensible shopping. Room was missive with nice bed size and amenities.

It was fine if you are out late nights, but Sunday night trying to sleep felt like being in the middle of the Coco Bongo dancefloor until 4 am. It is not the hotels fault it is one of the side effects of choosing a hotel in the midst of the action, and I suppose what nerve do I have for going to Playa and expecting to sleep!

Great location, across the street from shopping centre and Coco-Bongo, walking distance to 5 Avenida. Spacious clean rooms, with two pools.

My only issue was the shower water was salty. I bit bottled water to brush my teeth.

I loved how close it was to 5ta avenida and if you’re planning activities the pick is usually at Coco Bongo which is so convenient!

Hotel was good located, almost in the center. near by you have cafes,restaurants,bars and shops. Which is good if you love partying, but it was too noisy for us because we love to go to bed early) Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was big enough for four person with comfortable beds, and very clean! And also one of good points, it was near the sea which was very comfortable to reach to the beach.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is also right in the middle of everything - shopping, restaurants, beach, and the Congo Bongo. I would stay there again.

I visited the hotel 4 years ago I was disappointed this time because I noticed the deterioration of the facilities and there is too much noise. Also, when I requested some towels for the pool they told me they did not have. Not having them available, they couldn't provide me with the regular ones either. The employees are respectful and attentive, I understand that they follow the guidelines and what they receive. What I'm referring to is the fact that the hotel doesn't even have basic things as TOWELS; to meet the needs of their guests... that seems unacceptable to me!

We really like the location and the employees were nice!
