room was spacious, separate toilet and shower rooms, good shower pressure, easy climate control, coffee and tea in the room, a couple of treats left (seasonal) - much to like! i was somewhat skeptical about everything being via mobile and with no staff on-site, but it worked well and ensure that i kept my phone charged!

In our room sink needs fixing because water doesn’t go down in to the pipe. Last day we had horrible issues with luggage lockers, non of them were working properly, since there is no reception, we find cleaner who didn’t speak english… Luckily she helped us even couple of times, but either way we bring our suitcases with ourselves.

Check in is very easy. All information is provided before visit and there are no staff at the property. Good location between Brussels midi train station and main centre of Brussels. Washing facilities were excellent and great to have a coffee machine and snacks provided.

Only a very small table in the room, unsuitable to work when you are on a business trip. Only alternative was sitting at the large table in the common groundfloor area. Breakfast served in nearby restaurant was tasty, but choice was limited to a short menu.

I just missed a reception with real staff. I had a problem with my code on the first day and the online staff was really helpful but I don’t know what I would do if I was out of battery on phone for example

I didn't like the dark carpet - it showed up a lot of dust... The breakfast needs to be available at the other restaurants in the square not just the one restaurant as I found that breakfast to be disappointing and so didn't use the voucher on the second day.

Nothing negative. The hotel is without staff on the property but are fast to respond on Whatsapp. I had a small problem with my access number on the elevator but it worked after a while.

The rooms were not as cleanly as they could have been, the hotel definitely needs a better cleaning staff, unfortunately.

Very well organized in terms of the no-desk system. The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the center and quite comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this.

Having to communicate with a bot. This is something I won't repeat when staying in a hotel in the future, I need a human connection, life is too digital as it is. Lights came on and off at random in the toilets.

Location, comfortable, large room. Reasonably quiet. Good bed. Doing laundry was cheap, good facilities (machine, rack). A personal welcoming note.

Breakfast was at another location......same breakfast ( boring!) offered every day of our 4 day stay at Numa. Plus the restaurant was "Local only"...limiting various things like COFFEE & no pepper....that changed however after day 2. No housekeeping at all. Numa staff respond to emails quickly....but I really question whether they actually read our emails. Lots of copy & paste it looks like........boohoo ! Some replies were...what? "I just told you in my last email.....we are checking out today!" I question the Value we got

The battery in a door ran off and we couldn’t get into the room. Online help was not responding for a bit, so I had to wander around the place and search for any member of staff. Also there was no hot water running 🙃

I didn’t like that there were no staff anywhere in the building. And the lockers to store luggage are very glitchy, which is stressful when you need to get your luggage to be at the airport by a certain time.

The location of the breakfast cafe and the breakfast itself were perfect.

When I arrived in my room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell. I opened the window, to let some fresh air in, and noticed over a dozen cigarette butts on the ground outside the window. I wrote to customer service and they acted quickly to resolve the problem, bringing over a little odour-removing machine which they left running for 30 mins, after which the bad smell was gone. They also replaced a lightbulb which was not working in the toilet. Apart from that, the room was perfectly fine, well designed, in a good state and well equipped. I appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later. The complimentary snacks I found in the room added a nice touch. Even though there is no physical reception desk, the staff were very reactive via WhatsApp and quickly resolved those small issues I had.

The breakfast is a set menu (the same every day) at a nearby café. The only choice available is to choose between having one hot drink or juice. You can't have both. If you don't eat eggs you are left with a much reduced version of the breakfast menu without alternative. Fresh fruit is not available. It's really weird. I skipped breakfast most days.

I liked the spacious room, the large closet, and the amenities like good tea and coffee, as well as the welcome cold drinks and snacks. That really helped relax and settle in. Internet and Chromecast worked well.
