Pool a bit cold (but not the end of the world). Double room is two singles loosely pushed together so can be a bit of a pain when it separates.

Nice friendly staff, 24 hour desk, clean facilities, pool deck chairs good availability, lots of choice at pool bar. Lovely spacious rooms.

Pool bar would have benefitted from being open in the evening. It closed very early (about 5pm) we would have definitely used it if open. Road traffic was a little noisy.

Pretty pool area and large pool, relaxed atmosphere. Very clean accommodation. Good apartment space for two people. Location very central and close to nice beaches and bars.

Frying pans are very old and scratched. Also, heavy wooden chairs make so much noise when moved. Can hear neighbours moving chairs!

Our room was over a plant room so loads of sounds of pipes banging all through the night. The staff did move us without a fuss when asked to change rooms when was good.

Had a nice big pool. The grounds were well maintained. The staff were polite and efficient. The location is just off a street with some restaurants and shops. There's a pretty beach about a 10-15 minute walk thats quite small but beautiful. Handy off-street parking.

For the price we paid I was more the happy with the room. I had not realised when booking that we would also be able to use the facilities of the other hotels in the group, this was way beyond what I had expected.

Correct, everything as expected. Nicely sized flats, with all the basic items to spend a week or so with the family. Location is excellent.

Facilities at Azul Gardens are quite limited and the apartment was a little dated.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Option of using the facilities at the other Inturotel complexes was a big bonus. Went on 2 enjoyable excursions with Michelangelo, the Inturotel guide, and he was extremely friendly and informative.

Although the hotel isn’t on the beach, it is in a fab location. Close to the shops and restaurants but very quiet and walking distance to Cala D’or. Lovely pool and nice food in the pool bar.

There is a €30 deposit and €1.50 per day charge to rent a towel for the pool. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that charges to rent a towel! The €30 deposit is also cash only.

Just minor niggles - you have to pay extra to use the safe in the room and to borrow pool towels (cheaper to buy them from the shop across the street). The evening entertainment was on a bit late for us (usually starts at 21:30). The wifi keeps disconnecting and you have to log in every time.

Really great food, nice big pool, decent room. Quieter than some of the other Inturotels. The resort is clean and has lots of nice foliage. Beaches close by are walkable and pretty good.

The hotel has a rooster, roaming the hotel grounds, and if you're a light sleeper, prepared to be waken up very early.
