Very comfortable room and bed with exceptional cleanliness. Couldn't have the breakfast but the staff offered to hand me something as i had an early morning flight.

If you like hotels with a traditional and perhaps a somewhat more british flair, than this is the one for you. Rooms are spacious, very quiet and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of hearty and sweet food. You could also order omelettes with all kinds of extras. The old city centre was in walking distance. We truly enjoyed a very relaxing stay.

I do feel that water could be provided in the room even if it just a small bottle especially as you provide a coffee machine and kettle in the rooms.

I really like the hotel this the second time I have stayed and I had dinner there which I thought was very good and so was the service. I will definitely be back.

Only thing that could be considered a con in my head was the fact it was a bit too cold during the night and I am not sure if I did something wrong with the A/C, or it was something else (have to admit that I usually prefer to be warm around me). Also, I didn’t find any accessories for the bath (I like to have bubbles and etc), not sure if I was supposed to ask for them, cause they already brought me some other stuff like toothpaste and brush. Both of the point are completely dismissed in my head and I will stay again at this hotel the next time I return to Brussels!

I like my stay very much at the property. Location was perfectly comfortable, interior- nice, staff - polite. I ordered food to my room and it was truly delicious. Bed was comfortable.

Beautiful architecture, comfortable and clean rooms. They staff is promptly to help in case of any issues. They sent me an AirPod that I have forgot my room to my home. Highly recommend this place to stay.

One of our hand towels had a brown stain, which I placed outside the door on the first night. There were dust bunnies under the desk in the front room, which I discovered after I dropped my earrings. The holders for the hand soaps/ shampoos / conditioners all have a mold build up on them. Not appealing.

Very nice accommodations with excellent staff. The bar area offered a good variety of seating options, which we made use of on multiple evenings. Special somplemenys to the young sir, Josef. The restaurant, Brighton, was superb. Our check in was smooth.

I am often in Brussels for work. Other 5 star hotels have free of charge water bottles in the room, re-stocked every day. It would be great if Stanhope can consider providing this service.

We didn’t have the breakfast as this was a little over our budget. But it looked fantastic and lots to choose from. Nothing else not to like. Great hotel
