Definitely make sure you have a reservation for dinner, especially if not arriving early. As late eaters we were lucky we did, as 8 pm seemed to the cut off

The hotel was very cozy and sleek, especially for the price. We were impressed by the quality for such a reasonable price, especially because we stayed last minute on NYE. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the heated pool and fireplace and late opening hours for pool and Sauna. Breakfast was amazing, though quite pricey

Room was a little tired, although to be fair, there was some building works ongoing. They were not intrusive.

The car park is quite a walk from the hotel, also whilst I was there the hot water failed. The rooms have no fridge, coffee facilities or minibar of any kind, there was a water machine in the hallway though.

The rooms were spacious and cool with a lovely bathroom and good wifi. There are three restaurants on site offering a selection of food if expensive. The hotel has excellent facilities that were available to all users.

There were quite a few spots in the room that were a little old. The sink in the bathroom had cracks, the wallpaper on the wall was a little wrinkled, there were stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, the shower was in a bathtub, the edges a little worn out. All in all not very bad, but it could me more modern.

Very nice location in the nature, building very nice and well renovated. Interior of the Hotel nice, in the rooms ok. Everything was very clean. I didn’t try breakfast nor the two restaurants.

On warm summer nights it is a minus that there is no aircon.

Nice hotel, great location in the nature while a short drive from Genk. Nice restaurant and very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was not well organized: no plates available (had to wait 10 minutes). Table was not set, no cutlery so had to take it from another table myself. Table was cleared from previous guest but tablecloth was not brushed off: still crumbles etc left. Had to ask for one of the staff to clean it. Tablecloth had a hole in it.

Comfortable room, view on the pool and the garden. Excellent beds. Extensive breakfast.

the room as somewhat out-dated. Dark carpet and no air-conditioning. Sound insulation could be slightly better, can hear people other speaking in the hallway.

Nice location, quietly in the forest with access to bike trails. You can rent a bike (normal and eBike). Nice and complete breakfast. Very friendly and patient staff.

Dark rooms and bar. There is a definite need of refreshment of the whole interior. Pity that there is no view from the terrace on the golf course.

The swimming pool is very nice, also the showers... Friendly staff at the reception but had an uncomfortable feeling with the staff at the bar and restaurant; They seemed a bit stressed !

The pool and sauna are not big enough for a weekend crowd which is compensated with extended working time during the weekend - pool up to 21 and sauna up to 23
