They accommodate us too late for the said check in time. We waited for so long and even chat how many times but no response. So we called via phone and the customer services answered but still we waited too long for the problem to be resolve. Such a bad experience because we are exhausted from the trip we want to rest and put our luggages but we can since they didn’t send us right away the door code and so on. Next is the cleanliness, the hallway or stairway was dark, smelly and dirty. And all dirty linen racks were on the doorway it’s hard to passby. No bidet on the toilet or even a sink where to was hands.

There was a dirty toilet smell all over the appartement, the couch was broken and couldn't be used as a bed, one of the beds in the second room collapsed, there were bugs in the bathroom. There was no wifi.

The apartment was nothing like the pictures. The sofa in the living room (which was a bed was broken) and you could see blood stains. Bathroom dirty - toilet not been bleached or cleaned, moldy seal on shower screen - cracked tiles. No dishwasher. Daren't plug TV in as wires all frayed.Everything was scuffed, worn. Homeless people and people smoking drugs in the hallway (clearly walked in behind someone from street)

Code to get the key didn’t work had to wait longer to get that sorted. Room wasn’t ready for 4pm check in either. Internet also didn’t work and nor did the television or hairdryer. Rooms did not look anything like the pictures either. We also had to clean the room when we got in due to cigarette ends being left in the room

Broken stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms- two of the steps were broken and made it extremely dangerous to use. Window/door to open was broken. Lights weren’t working on bedroom and main room. Shower was badly positioned and water temperature was inconsistent. Shower also leaked onto the floor. Toilet seat was broken and toilet was dirty. Smelt of sewers. Other guests were smoking outside of our room which wasn’t pleasant but that is our of the apartments control. All in all, needs a lot of maintenance, the location was the only thing that saved it!

No description to retrieve the key after using the code. The drains in the bathroom/toilet smelt badly. The shower base skirtings was filthy. One of the rooms ceiling light was faulty and the lamp on the side was not working either. The entrance to the block of flats was filthy and always had people from the betting shop loitering about or sitting there. The lobby was dingy and a crate of dirty laundry left on the side. The kitchenware was chipped and did not cover the full range of kitchen appliances needed. No toaster!! No bins in the bedrooms. sofas insufficient. No electric fan to help with the summer heat.

The size of the flat. The location was very convenient. The Wi-Fi.

Wifi was not working. Fortunately we could connect to another appartments's wifi. Minimal design in the rooms. One room's lamp was not working. Sewer smell in the bathroom. Only cold water in the wash basin. Weak water jet in the wash basin.

The bedrooms are very basic , essentially just containing a bed. There is only one bathroom which has the toilet in so worth bearing in mind if go as a group. There was a smell from the drains and black mould above the shower which from a commercial let should have been addressed. Not deep cleaned as very dusty lamp fittings downstairs These are general observations on the property. Our experience was impacted by the state of the apartment when we arrived and actions of company thereafter. Check in is not until 4pm, so quite late. When we arrived the apartment was in total chaos after what had clearly been a heavy party and with no sign that those involved had left . There were numerous bottles of alcohol scattered. We collected 10 cannisters of fastgas. As we had no idea what we would find upstairs we told the children to stay downstairs whilst we checked and inspected for other drug related items. The apartment was empty but upstairs the beds were unmade and dirty, broken glass and general disorder. When we contacted smart let were advised that the apartment had been cleaned!! After convincing them it hadn't they sent a team who arrived with the hour and cleaned the property and changed the bedlinen etc. Whilst I received several emails from Smartlet, asking us to review the apartment we had nothing relating to the disorder we had encountered. After providing them with an opportunity to contact us, as we had heard nothing further I contacted them. We received an email with an apology that the apartment did not meet our expectations and a 15% discount on a future booking. Not meting expectations may reflect the mould, smell and dust etc but not the state of the apartment we entered and which we were advised had already been cleaned. We have heard nothing further.

The apartment is a good size and well located . The company who manage it were responsive before our arrival in relation to questions about parking. The apartment has 3 good size bedrooms which are functional but very basic, The downstairs is comfortable for a group of 6

Leaking bathroom tabs, dated and old bath shields. Only one set of towels offered, no extra towels for next day. No wardrobe to put the clothes, messy toilet with stuff thrown on the side. Very minimalistic. Will recommend improvements as location is good and flat is big, also is not cheap, hence I would expect better.

Location being central, however noise outside was until early hours of the morning.

The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes from the grand palace there is a super near. you dont need to wait to someone to check in which is great when we entered the apartment there was a tv on the floor I wrote to the apartment and the next morning they fixed it

Apartment located in really best part of city, it’s cozy and clean. but there are many problems with service, the system what are they using was terrible ! when we made online check in, we have been waiting at least one hour for key code. almost one hour we where calling to them and eventually someone picked up the phone. finally we entered building and found out that there wasn’t hot water at bathroom , in one word we spent there two nights without hot water. of course I had informed directly, but unfortunately only get automatic response so nobody helped us.

Unfortunately the keyless didn't work, and host was slow to respond. The bathroom smelled TERRIBLE, likely a drainage issue. We messaged the host several times, no response.
