Not much to be honest. It was sold as a small luxury hotel so did not expect fine dining and busy bars and due to great location we did not feel the need to use the hotel bar or breakfast restaurant other than on one occasion.

No restaurant and extremely limited room service. At least we could have coffee and hot chocolate delivered in the morning but not even rolls or croissants. They do offer breakfast downstairs at a very high price. Didn’t like having to turn in and retrieve the room key every time we went out.

Excellent location in center of Bruges. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gorgeous clean room - ours had a canal view through large windows. Liked having a refrigerator.

The 'charming' room looks much smaller than it actually is, on the booking.com website. It was an absolutely beautiful room. The staff were incredibly friendly and breakfast is delicious (although expensive). Location, next to the canal but a stone's throw away from the main attractions.

For my elder relatives, simple instructions about how to use the shower etc would be useful.

The staff were particularly friendly & helpful. Breakfast was really special. In particular the selection of fruit was excellent.

Cure for every detail in the room and common areas. We enjoyed the private time in wellness area. We saw a picture with a white swan in the website and we were delighted it was really there. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was ensuring we had the best experience. Top!

Absolutey nothing! No drawbacks. It exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous stay.

Room was beautiful and indeed 'charming'! Up in the eaves with velux windows. Not a huge space but room to unpack and put everything out. Lovely and clean and the bed was SUPER comfy, amazingly soft pillows too. We even just about had ea river view if you opened the velux windows! The only thing that was missing was a kettle and teabags. There was a coffee machine but tea and kettle is not provided in the Charming rooms. However, our friend on Reception did give us some teabags and told us how to make the coffee machine produce just water! Staff were really friendly and helpful, smiley and welcoming. It was such a lovely experience and we totally relaxed. The position of the hotel was perfect, on the edge of the main river and only a couple of minutes walk to the Bell Tower - so just over the little bridge to restaurants and shops.

The hotel is beautiful. Stayed in room at the back with balcony and while it had no view of the canal it was a peaceful pretty outlook.

If my husband had been travelling with me he would have expected more cooked English breakfast type food for the price.
