No instructions for light and aircon and shutter controls. Issues in room with step between main areas required careful attention if visiting bathroom at night or dim lighting. Easy to forget glass front on shelving when trying to pick from shelves.

Great location for local transport and walking distance to attractions. Good facilities in room with comfortable bed and great shower. Pleasant staff. Didn't use additional facilities at the hotel.

Checkin took some time as they had a different process for debit vs credit cards. The rooms are a bit dark you either get total darkness or very subtle light as there was no general lighting in the room

It is rather expensive, but unfortunately I had to stay in Brussels during the week of the EU summit so everything was super expensive then.

The location is convenient, right next to Rogier. It is a brand New hotel so everything is super New. The room design is Nice and the rooms are unexpectedly huge. The breakfast was great.

In the morning cleaning service was a little bit loud with the doors around our room, but it wasn't something too bad. Also, we were missing slippers in the room.

The hotel has nice modern touch, room is digitalize, you use digital display to adjust temperature, room lightning and window curtains. Also you can connect your device to the TV and cast youtube netflix or spotify. I would like to emphasize room size, which was really spacious and clean, with aditional sofa and table. There is a modern clean and well equiped gym. Stuff were also polite and at our service. Metro and tram are 1 minute from the hotel with a direct connection to the main train station. In the room they provide iron, some books, coffes and teas, water (everything is refilled during your stay). There are body losion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom.

I liked all of it There was nothing that I disliked

I like the size of the room. The staff were very accommodating. I liked the fact that you could get free tea and coffee. The room had lots of amenities. The location was really good close to the subway right out front. This is an excellent place to stay if you just visiting Brussels and exploring the area. It's also near the train station which was really great for getting to the airport. Highly recommend this

The decor a little dark and oppressive in access areas (corridors, lifts, low dark mirrored ceilings etc.). Style sometimes over function eg. tiny tea/coffee cups without handles in rooms so brought up regular mugs from guest floor; control panels for lighting, blinds, heating a little confusing in rooms.

Guest lounge nice place to relax, read and enjoy free drinks and treats! Bedrooms felt special with bedside views over the city and art decor.

Lovely (!!) hotel with friendly staff, exquisite rooms with a very pretty and ultra clean bathroom. They even got the details completely right: individual shower gel, shampoo etc, earplugs,... Loved this hotel, you should really experience it yourself.
