We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainEven though there’s a safe in the room, you need to ask for they in the front desk
Really comfy room with all the facilities needed and clean. Great view, the swimming pool area was perfect to relax and sunbath. An extra point it’s that I left my phone charger in the room which I noticed hrs after checking out, but I called the hotel and they immediately know what I was talking about, and the staff was really kind to guide me with process to get it back

IrelandThere was no kettle and/or coffee-maker in the room so we had to buy one ourselves. We didn’t eat in the hotel but from what we could see if it the food at the buffet didn’t look that interesting.
The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. We had a nice view and a good location.

Nice location not far from the beach. But as for a view, you are able to see a sea between buildings only. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. there is a bar with quite good selection of everything. We tried breakfast which was good and tasty.

Amazing staff, great location and sea view from 11th floor. Super clean and well organized. Great shower and water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good too.

PolandNo vegetables for breakfast. Very few parking places in the area. In the hotel they didn’t have any to offer. No water in the room. Cleaning staff didn’t change the towels unless they were told to. No towels for the beach/sunbeds. They gave us the choice to buy one. The lunch not that tasty, we bought it only once.
Small but clean pool with enough sunbeds. Close distance to the beach with sunbeds and umbrella for rent. Option to buy lunch or dinner. We received the room on the last floor - majestic sea view. Rvfv singer was in the same hotel at the same time of the Zevra Festival.

United KingdomThe option of sun loungers on the beach. There were none and so we had to buy a blanket and sun umbrella. Maybe because we visited at the end of September, after the main holiday season.
We had a half board option and enjoyed wide selection for breakfast and lunch/dinner. All was delicious but it would be handy to have a description of meals for foreigners like us. Hotel location is just moments from the beach. It is a bit of a walk to the center but it’s a lovely walk on the promenade.

SpainDespite it's advertising, this is not a 4 star hotel. Price / Quality is not balanced : furniture is very dated, the 3 person room rather small, no specials whatsoever in the room (no coffee machine, no minibar, no water bottle offered, no laundry service nor equipment, no pool towels, no reading lights, etc). It's an okay 3 star.
The hotel and rooms are very clean. Nice Pool and Bar area.

United KingdomWe were woken before 7am by a lot of noise in above room. When I informed Reception and complained they just gave me a blank look. I would have expected an apology! One of the male waiters had a terrible smell of BO during our lunch and at breakfast the next day.
