Room was fairly small , but I’m sure you could request and pay for larger ones. Food menu was expensive from reading the menu .

Location excellent,literally around the corner from major places like grand place . Facilities , sauna,gym. Interior very inviting and luxurious in the reception area. Cleaning staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful . Can’t praise them enough for how polite they were. Lovely reception on arrival ,support with luggage which was very nice. Rooms had small toiletries, tea and coffee and including free bottled water.

Rooms are chic and comfortable. The secret rooftop is a plus! It is centrally located, near metro and train stations, and everything else is just walkable.

Great breakfast and the location puts you at the heart of the restaurant area as well if you a get your guide walking tour .. it’s all within a few steps of the Warwick Good rooftop bar .. even open and warm in the winter

The room needs renovation, the room wasn't very clean when we checked in. The corridor smelled like tobacco although all the rooms were non-smoking.

The Location is very central close to the city center and train station is 2 minuts walking. Staff are friendly

The sheets weren't soft, they were quite starchy and scratchy - not matching the calibre of this hotel. Also, the sheets were too small for the bed, so they came undone easily. There were several hairs that i found...(whilst checking the bed to be sure it was clean). And, the duvet was applied wrong, it hung over one side, but only came to the edge of the other side...Also, the pillow situation is wrong: one giant pillow (that you can't really sleep with), and one normal pillow..All in all - the bed was wrong.

Breakfast buffett, with fresh eggs to order was top notch!

We were charged for an extra deposit: 50€ for each night… On the check out we got the deposit back. Everything went smoothly, but we weren’t aware of that duty when booking both rooms. It should be more explicit when making a reservation online

If you come by car, I won't recommend the hotel because it is in a very crowded central area. Also, the shower is not suitable for women: there is no way to shower without holding the shower in your hand if you don't want to wet your hair and also making water everywhere in the bathroom. Since the hotel is at the heart of old town it is always lively: day and night. While this might be great if you go for a weekend to discover the city, for work trips it's a bit tiring because the noise and outside lights (depending on the room location I suppose) can be rather disturbing when sleeping.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a good location in terms of access to trains and visiting Brussels. They have a very nice collection of tea in the room for use which I always appreciate in a hotel, especially when you want a nice relaxing cup of tea on the evening.

Main bar was shut & roof top bar did not ope until 5pm was crowded & service was slow. You were not able to get even a cup of coffee during the day!

It was a big problem for me and my colleague. We have made reservation including breakfast , but when we made check out, the host made as pay again for three breakfast , because they said to us , booking hadn't included it to our reservation. It cost an additional of 90 Eur for each of us

The furniture is a bit dated, bathroom could definitely use a facelift. I had a very quiet room but early in the morning the cleaning staff made quite some noise for a couple of hours outside my door and I wished to sleep a bit more.

Very centrally located literally next to the train station. The check in was seamless and the night staff were very professional and friendly. My room had just the right temperature and bed was very comfortable. There are two complementary bottles of water, coffee and tea.
