We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing. You get what you pay for and I thought the whole package was good vfm. I didn't have time to use pool, bar or other facilities but the pool looked good.
Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The WiFi was much more robust than other hotels I have used in Ouagadougou. This was worth the room cost alone.

NetherlandsPrices, not so much for the rooms, but for food and drinks are ridiculous. In addition, the menu exists of a few dishes and pizzas (which are also overpriced). 2000 for a coffee is ridiculous, as is 3000 for a beer.
Rooms are comfortable and so are the beds and desk. There is also a nice pool and enough opportunities to sit or work outside. Staff are nice and finally, security appears to be well organized.

HungaryThe lift was not working some of the time. The airconditioning in the lobby, caffe and the restaurant was not very good. The Hotel is far from any urban centers, so shopping is out of reach without a car. Access to the Hotel entrance was very complicated for pedestrian guests.

NigeriaThe room at Sapotel Silmande is good. However, being a facility with an international reputation, the sockets in the room should be universal. I had to buy an adaptor to charge my devices. The room should be adequately fumigated. I had episodes of mosquito disturbance. The pool is currently being renovated, so it is unavailable for use.
I like that they offer airport transfer and keep to promise. My arrival flight to Ouagadougou was delayed for three hours, I had communicated my initial ETA to the hotel, and fortunately, the driver was waiting for me at the airport. I don't know how long he had to wait; that act amazed me. I also liked the warm welcome received at the reception upon arrival.

United Arab EmiratesAnd The room service doesn't give free water of the day if you are staying for more then 1 days and then single water small bottle while mostly hotel give 2 bottles and every day . Then travel kits like sewing kit ,tooth past and tooth brush and comb ,shaver etc these are necessary things but they only keep shampoo ,body gel and soap .

United Arab Emiratesneeds little work on renewing and should provide daily use stuffs such as tooth brush ,sewing kits ,razer etc as available in most of the hotels but here you will get only shampoo and soap amd the worst thing if you are paying in dollar they are comverting with 25 % less then the market rate and they don't even accept to keep the dollars as deposit and give them local currency nextday .
The hotel is a good hotel great breakfast and good food .
