Hotel as under construction, we had to walk through construction to get to room. There was open plaster in room. Tv did not work. There was no breakfast, not ven coffee.

all the construction, could not understand the clerk at the desk when checking in or checking out. entire first floor was under construction, somebody came in our room while we were there and loud talking on phone for hours right outside of our door, workers sitting on steps,

Cheap bed linens with the bedspread as thin as the sheets. Reguested extra pillows with booking but only had 3 small cheap ones on the bed. The continal breakfast was only coffee and no food at 800 am.

The room I stayed in was just refinished and was nice with a standup shower.

So many things, first of all the room we were given wasn't even finished. No working shower, no trash can, no room phone, dust everywhere. Room service just let them selfs in the room without knocking while my kids were literally naked and in the shower(this was after waiting a while day for the water to be fixed). The room service people were very impatient and told us to leave even before check out time. I love super 8 but this was just all around a bad experience

The drainage in the bathtub was clogged and the carpet was filthy to where you needed to whare shoes all the time and the roaches were quite visible in the daytime!

The room and entire facility were dull and dingy. carpets were dirty. Bathroom toilet didn't refill properly. Asked three times for extra pillows to elevate my legs for medical reasons and the never came. Room definitely had a smokers smell to it.

Nothing drives me crazier than a hotel purchase that extols it's "FREE BREAKFAST" then when you get there there's little or nothing. This place had a type written sign defending the fact they aren't serving breakfast because they "are in the process of transitioning to bring Ramada quality amenities..." And there was no such upgrade work being done. Translation: Our hotel sale is pending so we don't care about delivering on our promises / advertised perks.

Poor choices. Some protein. Room was filthy, smelled of cigarettes, hallways smelled from pot, cigarette ashes in sink, carpet had “melted” spots all over, blanket had cigarette burn holes, greasy smears on TV table, a couple of roaches resided in room, dead bolt wouldn’t fit in slot because slot was not properly located and my room was changed when I first went to it because lock wouldn’t work.

first room we were given had some kind of leak in bathroom, big puddle of water, what looked like cigarette burn holes in the blankets on both beds and refrigerator smelled like it had mold in it. Got moved to a second room, the key did not work, we were given wrong room #. We were then given a third room, when we entered it, it was not cleaned, dirty linen on the floor, beds were not made, empty bottle of alcohol on a table, food and cut up plastic bottles on the countertop. Totally disgusted, we decided that we were not staying at that hotel.
