The instructions sent by the staff were for a different apartment in the building, leading to an awkward realisation when we entered someone else's room. The keyless pads were not synced, the one on the door entering from the parking had a distinct code that was not provided as part of the instructions. We had to phone the staff 3 times within 10 minutes to get these clear staff issues straightened out for ourselves, but I am not optimistic that they will not happen to the next guest as they are dependent on a person that did not seem happy they were even getting one call. The parking spaces are 5, while the apartments are nearly double that number. Not sure how that works out as this location is perfect for people that would definitely be travelling with a car. This weekend all the spaces were filled out.

The property is new. It is well stocked with the basic amenities, including washer/drier and dishwasher. Access is keyless (only code is needed). The location is 5 minutes away from the central pedestrian-only zone with parks and all types of shops. There are 5 parking spaces on a private locked parking next to the building.

We stayed at 8th Hill as a family of 3 adults and 1 infant. The place is beautifully designed and decorated; it is cosy and comfortable with all the basic amenities. The hosts were charming and responsive. 8th Hill ranks among the top places we have stayed in Bulgaria and we can highly recommend it for anyone staying in Plovdiv - both for a short term or long term stay.

There is a private parking space. The apartments are brand new and made with eye for detail. Absolutely everything is there, I cannot think of anything missing. We had an apartment with balcony around, very nice. The apartments are walking distance from the center. But if you don’t want to walk far you can also eat or shop at 100 meter away.

The hotel is new and very cozy. The location is right newr the city center and a few minutes away from the old town of Plovdiv. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again when in Plovdiv.

The hotel has a perfect location in the center of Plovdiv, Kamenica 1. It's a modern building with smart solutions, very secure and comfortable. There is also free parking at the hotel. ATMs, pharmacies, grocery stores, are all around and within walking distance. Thanks to Eli and Valentin for helping with various questions.

We could have done with some instructions on how to turn the heating off as it was very warm. We managed to turn it down but would have liked to turn it off.

The apartment was lovley very modern very clean it had everything we needed. Even a few extras like a bottle of wine. There was complimentary shampoos conditioner and body wash and for the ladies which I thought was great there was makeup remover and cotton pads. Very well thought out and our 2 dogs very welcomed by the hosts.

The beds were a little hard for my taste, if I must find something negative from a very satisfying experience.

Excellent construction materials, stylish and clean apartment like it was just completed, spacious even for 5 persons, positioned next to the historical center. The heated bathroom floor was a revelation. Eli who welcomed us was very polite, helpful and hospitable. The apartment was fully equipped and we felt like home from the first minute. We will definitely come back when we visit Plovdiv.

There isn't anything we didn't like about the property.

The property was awesome! It exceeded our expectations! I have booked the penthouse of the hotel and we were really impressed! The place is new, but I think this will become one of the most popular places in Plovdiv having in mind that the hosts were great and the property is everything you might need for a few days.

Wonderfully furnished, cozy apartment, ideally located at the heart of Plovdiv. Everything was clean and tidy. Polite and helpful personnel. A parking lot at disposal. One of the best places I have ever been. I would highly recommend.
