I travel a lot, both for work and as a tourist. Accordingly, I have seen and tried quite a few types of accommodation, both hotels and apartments. I must tell you that I felt at home here - and that rarely happens. Chavdar, thank you - it feels, like you did everything for yourself! Good luck!

Hotel has a modern feel to it. Room was spacious. Lighting was well implemented. Most of the staff at the reception were eager to help. Value for money a Great choice!

The carpets in the room could be better cleaned. The colors of the carpets do not really assist the cleaning personnel in pointing out all the hair that lays on the carpet. Nothing major, but any hair in the room seem to be a sticking on the heels of the white slippers that you provide with the room

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful. They ordered a taxi for me when needed, and answered all questions, with friendly, cheerful faces.

There were two problems with the plumbing in my room. 1. The shower temperature did not stay constant, but kept changing itself to too hot and too cold during showering, without me changing it! I kept having to jump aside and wait for it to normalise itself, again and again. 2. The toilet cistern was leaking a little bit of water into the toilet all the time, making a little noise repeatedly.

The reception personnel was kind and understanding.

The reception personnel had no idea of the Booking offers. The manager came in drunken and started explaining to them how to do their job. One of the rooms smelled like sewers constantly from the bathroom. The window was broken and there was no way to air the room from the smell.
