Bath was nice but if you want to shower standing you make everything wet

For 90 ± 92 euro paid for 4 persons, we expected more. The couch in the apartment was old, and jad cracked lather. The air conditioning was dirty, and water flowed from it. The vila has the inside spa tub broken. None of the above was a problem for us, and the staff helped us and solved the issues, but for the price paid, we expected more. The pictures posted on Booking.com are real, but the rooms are smaller than they look on pictures.

Great view from the rooms (we had an apartment with see view 202 and vila King room no. 2) and from the terrace and apartment's balcony (second floor). The balcony was a long one on two sides of the living room with see view on both sides. The beds (queen size 160/200) were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, we received for free a sparkling wine bottle.

Sound of church bells early in the morning from the church nearby.

Amazing sea view with a large balcony. Cozy suite. Pool and jacuzzi (one at the rooftop, too). The place was properly cleaned on a daily basis. Pet friendly. Great location.

This hotel is good now in 2022 but may need some updating as some of the many jacuzzies were beginning to show age. The breakfast offered was basic and didn’t have much choice. The beds were a little body dented from wear.

This is a lovely hotel right on the seafront. If you have the room larger than a double you get all day sunshine, although those with it seemed to sit in the shady back as the sun is hot, thus a double room is really quite adequate. The hotel is not far from all the amenities of the town, the lovely sandy beach, the harbour and the main shopping street which comes to life in the evening. The sunset views are good from the rooftop or any balcony. We were given a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift - a lovely touch. The staff didn’t speak English but they did speak French which was useful. There is an ‘honesty’ drinks and snacks fridge available 24 hours a day which you sign for and pay at the end of your stay.

It is a coquette little hotel, with a magnificent sea view. Absolutely priceless! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and elegantly served breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Ahtopol, it is centraly located, near the restaurants and the fishing port, but still very quiet. The hotel is pet friendly, which is a plus in my opinion. We'll definitely be back.

We were woken very abruptly by some unsupervised screaming kids playing in the hallway at 7 o'clock in the morning. Maybe not the hotel's fault, but it kinda ruined the morning and the experience for us.

The hotel has a really good location, the view over the sea is spectacular. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming, she also knows French, which was a surprise and an opportunity to practice our French :) The wi-fi is good, there are restaurants nearby, there's free parking in front of the hotel.

The hosts have to work on the cleaning of the rooms: rusty trash can in the bathroom, bathtub, basin and toilet not very clean, marks of dead mosquitoes on the ceilings and walls, air conditioning not cleaned. Jacuzzi in the garden full of sand on the bottom.

Location is the best, just above the sea. Welcoming hosts, friendly and ready to help. Too bad they don't speak English.

The hotel promises something in its description that it doesn't deliver. Several photos show the whirlpool on the roof terrace as its main attraction, so you get a very different picture of this hotel. At the time of our stay, the whirlpool was inoperable and according to other reviews, it hasn't been in use for months if not years.

The location of the hotel on the cliff and the beautiful sea view from the room and the balcony were great. The owner was helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu very simple but good. At a distance of about 7 kilometers there is also a very nice natural beach at the mouth of the river Veleka.

The room was considerably small, however this was not the issue. For 4 nights they never changed the sheets or the towels not even once. The only maintenance was to took out the garbage.

The hotel is small and comfortable. Good location and great views. The hot tub is great.

The photos of the hotel on line are very well staged but do not reflect the reality. The photos lead you to believe that this is a modern, attractive place to stay. This is really just a small guest house with a couple of jacuzzis. The breakfast was not included in the price in spite of the description on the gate "Bed and Breakfast' implying it was included! Most importantly the place was not clean, especially the bathroom. The sofas and had burn holes in them and the room smelled of stale smoke when we arrived. The curtains were torn as well. The air con was only in the lounge and not in the bedroom, luckily it wasn't too hot while we were there. Disappointing overall.

The location and sea view were good. We had a large wrap around balcony and the roof terrace was spacious.

The owners of the property had a private party till 2am with music and loud noices even that they knew there were 4 rooms of marathon runners staing for the night who needed a good rest for the race next day. This is unacceptable. Even after asking them to turn down the noices at 1am not much chainged.
