The posibility to have lunch on checkouts day

Sometimes there was no available table during lunch and dinner and some minutes of waiting were needed. That I was unable to serve lunch in the check out day. Parking is 10 minutes away by walking and it cost 20 Leva per day.

Location , was 5 minutes from the beach . Nice size pools, for kids and adults. Pizza snacks in between main meals . Central Location. Friendly staff for serving at the bar , Niki in particular !

The location of the hotel - in no way would I expect it to be so noisy at night. I asked for a quieter room, however it was fully booked, so it could not be upgraded. However the noise was a tax for such a short distance to the beach (cca 150 m through market and luna park).

The animation program was great. Deni, Mila, Neli and the rest of the team were always ready to drive some fun for adults and children as well. My 4y.o. especially enjoyed the kids discos every evening. Also the rest of the stuff was very helpful, when my son was sick, they all tried to assist us. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but I would appreciate wider variety - after 9 days, it was always way too similar. The pool and the garden were great place to rest - neat and clean.

The reataurant staff: unpolite and unprofessional. The restaurant cleanliness : dirty pillows, rusty chairs, greasy tables. Beachfront spec. on booking.com : a lie. Hotel has no beachfront and no beach. Beach is 100m far and; must govthrough a tollercoaster park to reach the beach;Must pay for sunbeds to a local delaer. Sofa bed a bit hard and the fold out bed was on its last legs. It's very loud in the surrounding area. Times when the restaurant ran out of cutlery and plates. There didnt seem to bed any evening entertainment for the kids although it was advertised in the lobby.

Bedroom was large and spacious, beds were great quality. Pool was good and it has a nice gym. Food was hot and tasty.

The hotel manager is an arrogant, unfriendly figure! The parking lot is a five-minute walk from the hotel, which also costs a lot. My car was towed in front of the hotel, it cost 150 leva to replace it, and the hotel manager still wanted to pay the parking fee. Avoid the hotel if you want to rest, because at night you can't sleep from the loud music of the disco,which is in hotel's neighborhood, and lasts until dawn!

Very crowded, you had to wait for clean plates or forks, food was similar every day, and the access gate from the beach was open only until 6 pm, after that you had to go around the hotel , the clubs were very close on the sea side of the hotel and the music played every night until 4 am.

The room was clean, and cleaned every day, staff was friendly, location close to the beach, nice central position, everything nice around, restaurants and everything to have fun, perfect for young people, not so great for a family of 4

The quality of the food/drinks is not at its best. The meals management should be changed. The people seem to have the impression that the food is not enough and this causes them to pile up like it's black friday. For half an hour we couldn't find a spoon at dinner. Also the outdoor space is not that big as in the photos. The entertainment for children is only for half an hour a day which is ok but more would be wonderful. More staff would solve much of the issues there because they are outnumbered. Also an experienced supervisor is necessary in the restaurant.

The people working there are really nice and they try their best.

The hotel is very near to the beach, close to all the amenities, you could've hear some music from the clubs, but after a day spent at the beach it didn't bother us at all. The girls from the reception were very nice and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. Food was various, plenty and for all tastes. Thanks to all staff members for making our stay better!

What is written is ambiguous. For example, we emailed them and they said, that there was baby cot available, but there was no baby cot, only extra bed. Not every part of the hotel is clean, but the cleaners are very kind. The staff was not always helpful. The rooms overlooking the pedestrian street, are terribly noisy. There is a club opposite the hotel. The wifi and HotelTV service is not very good.

Overall, the hotel is nice and well located. We got sick, and were allowed to check out an hour later.

The hotel is located near nightclubs and bars, the music is very loud until 8 am. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room on same side of the building. The staff is unpleasant and the food is not diversified. You will eat every day almost same dishes. The pool is closed after 6 pm. We paid 6 days for the parking even if we booked the room for 5 nights.

very noisy due to the discos around. Very busy inside as exceeds rooms capacity, but also outside due to the social events, bars and discos. Limited food at the restaurant, only 2 areas with food and very long waiting line. The close the restaurant right after the closing time and in a way they force you to leave even if you have not finished. Limited variety of food. The pools are right near the restaurant and lot of kids are throwing food and drinks or other substances directly into the pool. Ice-cream was served right during lunch, when kids are going for a nap. The back door was closing at 18, right when you return from the beach. Was not able to leave kinds toys near the chair or towel as other kids came and took them and never returned them. Limited area for playground, kids pool and almost no green areas to play so definitely not a location for families with small kids. To go to the beach you have to cross the shops street (bazar) which is very busy and noise

Some of the staff were rude, especially some senior staff members had a go at my 7 year son on the first night for walking around with no t shirt on even though alot of others had none & it was our first night.

Room ladies changed towels every day - not like they mentioned in the bathroom that they are nature friendly. It was useless, we know whether it is dirty and need to change.

Good food although it is all inclusive - I don't think all inclusive is the best food ever so that's why I called if good, it was fine, tasty but it is all inclusive. But food here was quite fresh comparing it to other hotels we've had all inclusive. Also fine were pools just with quite cold water. The location - near shops, shopping passage, abiut 150 m away from beach

The towels are not changed on daily basis or even every 2 days

I liked the food, before arriving I was worrying about food, but I was nicely surprised that food was tasty, diversity for all the tastes, quantity is not limited, all sort of drinks with non limit, snack all the day, ice-cream bar, all this was part of the package ( the all inculsive) We didn't miss anything or get hungry, I even didn't have to spend more money for the food when I walk-around outside the hotel. Great package, and good value for the money. Great job from all the staff and especially animation team, very kind helpful. It's very animated hotel, having music, dances,fitness, games all the time, me and my daughter of 6 years didn't get bored at all. The animation team doesn't miss creativity and ideas to make everyone happy and having activity all the day-long. My daughter doesn't miss kids discotheque for nothing in the world.
