Only one elevator, no WC near the swimming pools. Our room had a terrace which wasn’t clean. The room key was a traditional one and was very big.

This place is kinda noisy, unfortunately there is no sound isolation between restaurant and open places which makes that noise to reach rooms. I'm not recommending booking when there is organised event.

The hotel is pretty new for now and it's a in good condition, I hope owners would manage to keep facilities in good condition within the time. Breakfast was pretty good as well the staff too.

Tha SPA centre was incredibly dirty. Hairs and oily substances were floating in the jacuzzy. The pools had greinish unmaintained color and dark stains. Guests were eating apples and drinking cofee inside the pools and discarding their junk around. The floor in our bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken and the drain was clogged. The fitness was disappointing.

We didn't like the spa. The indoor pool was cold and not well maintained. The water was dirty and also there were brown steins on the hydro chairs that were in it. The water in the jakuzzi was very dirty. The aroma sauna had no aroma or temperature for a sauna. Our apartment was located in a building that had no connection to the spa, so we had to make a walk in the cold wearing bathrobes and slippers. Furthermore the building where our apartment was very cold. Even though the apartment was well equipped and furnitured, there were some big issues. The tv didn't had cable tv and after short electrical power down the internet stopped working. The bathrooms were very cold and the hot water barely lasted for a one person taking shower. The apartment had two king size beds located in the same bedroom, which was kind of odd. The food wasn't too bad, but is not on the level that the residence wants to represent.

Showerhead wasn't working, when it couldn't be fixed they switched our room. Overall, it seems the hotel is understaffed as we had to search a lot for somebody to help us, both for the bathroom and to provide towels for the spa. The jacuzzi could be a bit cleaner. Steam room didn't seem to be working properly. It is a bit overpriced for the quality of the services and the quality of the spa center.

The staff was nice and helpful, and the food was good. The indoor swimming pool is pleasant with the many massage streams.

The showers could have had better functioning drains. Indoor pool area didn't seem to have good air circulation.

The impression is that you stay in a construction: the hotel is empty, a huge part of it is not yet built, the breakfast you pass under the noise of construction work. The reception is abandoned most of the time-don’t make a mistake to leave your key there - it will take you up to 30mins to get it once you are back. There is no one at the spa-no towels, totally ghostly… You open one door and it is a nice massage spot, you open the next -concrete skeleton with no windows, birds are flying around… The staff is trying but has no potential and definitely no loyalty to employers-if you complain of anything they jump on you to prove it is not their fault. Client is not right in this place.

The working pools were a little bit dirty and some tiles were broken. The salads were not satisfying and the prices in the restaurant were high. It would be good to have an all inclusive option.

The room was big and clean, the view was pretty nice to the pools and the city. There were palms around. The staff was friendly and kind.

it was a construction site with construction workers everywhere, it was not leisure and relax, it was like nightmare. We didn’t stay the nights we were paid. One night was more then enough.
