Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaWe order 1 room for two, but they give us two separate beds joined together, all the time they divide and opened a big hole between us. The mattresses were very worn and broken.
It's a nice hotel, have good parking lots.

BulgariaCan't say anything bad about this hotel - our stay was simply great! :) Just as a recommendation there are three things to consider when booking your stay: 1. Bring your own kitchen stuff (utensils, napkins, etc + dishwashing liquid and sponges) as there may be a kitchen corner but it is not furnished at all. 2. Breakfast was delicious but lacks variety. 3. Pools are relatively small and the SPA center is equipped with basic facilities. Despite all said, it is indeed a great place to choose :)
Great service and staff - helpful, accommodating, cheerful. Exceptionally clean - it's been a long while since the last time my hotel room was well-ventilated and smelled of flowers. Overall, it was an exceptional stay for us at their studio.

Everything! The green forest in front, the fresh air, the lovely water. The food was great and the staff very friendly and kind.
