You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was a really decent breakfast that you could get right by the large pool. The location is in a nice spot where you can have access to both the beach and the town.

United KingdomThere were very few negatives. The only significant downside was that internet was site-wide (no router directly in the room). As with most systems like this, it was pretty much unusable in the room itself. Another reviewer mentioned a strange smell in the corridor, we found no evidence of this (and of course if you want additional services, such as baby beds, then you should expect to pay a little extra for them; this is perfectly normal!). I should also mention that the room did not appear to have been checked prior to arrival - there were round drink marks on the balcony table, dead flies inside the room at the balcony door, and very prominent drink stains under the fridge - but nothing that was not easily cleaned within a couple of minutes, and the maid cleaning service during the stay itself was great.
The hotel is in a great location to explore the town centre, directly on the main shopping street (at the opposite end to the square), a very short walk away from all of the shops and restaurants. As well as the perfect proximity to town, the good size lifts inside the hotel also meant that it was suitable for our reduced mobility requirements. We took the larger apartment for comfort and were not disappointed. There were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which was appreciated; and we were also pleased to see that a small fridge was present, which we were not expecting. The balcony was a good size - as well as views of the sea it also overlooked straight down the main street of Vlas so was perfect for people-watching in the evenings. The package that we booked included evening meals. A common complaint of hotels with meals included is that they are normally bland and repetitive, but the hotel clearly paid attention to vary the food every night - even including dishes that were not actually on the menu! Everything was well-prepared and tasty. The menu is quite small, but the prices and portion sizes were both good. There are two well-known bars literally within a few metres of the entrance (Gancho's and Bobby's); Review supermarket right next door; and a bakery 2 minutes away around the corner. The beach and Marina are also just a quick walk downhill, about 6 or 7 minutes away.
