terrible pillows, neck hurts, loud ventilation, hard mattresses. breakfasts are very bad, sausages are the cheapest. it is a pity that the owners of the hotel save on good pillows and food.

Located just off a motorway. Rooms are basic for the price, no air conditioning or coffee/tea facilities. Sea view is very restricted over rooftops.

Huge rooms. Excellent shower. Comfortable, very large bed. Lovely swimming pool. Very helpful staff.

The staff was exceptionally dedicated to making us feel pleasant and certainly passionate about what they do. Tasty breakfasts with locally baked pastries. The room weas comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful park - a great place for long pleasant walks.

The Hotel is amazing! Quiet, silence, good people, very clean, nice and a beautiful garden. – The staff is very kind and willing to help you, especially Valeria and her collegue from the reception with any request. The breakfast was good, not so varied but fresh, they can improve with yoghurt, a good ham and more fruits. The room is really large, and clean.. The beach is located in 8 minutes from hotel. Also there is a great parking near the hotel, there are 3 or 4 minutes opposite to the Parmy restaurant. And is free, without money  There is a ATM in the immediate vicinity and  supermarket Parmy The beach is beautiful, has no sunbeds and umbrellas. Overall it was nice. Thank you Alekta Hotel, for sure I'll coming back.

Great location, just few minutes to the beach, restaurants and shop. Very clean and nice rooms with sea view, great breakfast. Well organised and managed territory, so it's a pleasure to have a cup of morning coffee by the pool. Special thanks to the team and Cvetalina pesonally for the help and being very hospitable. For sure will be staying there every time coming to Varna. Good luck

The only two issues were the aircon just seemed to blow warm air and some newer, less lumpy pillows woujd have made it perfect.

The staff, including cleaners were absolutejy wondeful. Professional, helpful and welcoming. The place was spotless. The gardens are loved and gorgeous,.the pool area is also great. The rooms were quiet, cutely decorated and nicely furnished and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom well equipped and maintained. And a gorgeous view of sunrise over the sea from our balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and with a wide choice of food. Bonus likes for having my favourite Bulgarian breakfast, mekitsa The location and parking was excellent. It meant avoiding long queues at busy times. A short walk to beaches and a few good restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. And did i mention the staff.? Seriously lovely place.

Cleanliness, no lift, no wifi in the room that is very important for business trips.

The room was not cleaned before our arrival,the toilet was full of shi#,the ashtray in the balcony was dirty , dust everywhere ,very poor breakfast ,bad smell in the bathroom ,deteriorated furniture

Very good reception staff. It has a swimming pool, it is very close to the see, not far from Cubo bar on the beach and Sea Terrace restaurant. It is close with a car to the Aqua House in Saints Constantin and Helen. It is our 3rd holiday in this hotel.

The hotel has 3 floors and no lift, you have to drag your bags up the stairs. Even though the room looked nice, it was underfurnished. We had no drier for bathing suits and no table and seat covers on the balcony, however we saw that the other rooms had them (the sun was shining right to our window in the morning, and i almost burned my skin trying to sit on the metal chairs with no covers). Maybe that's because we booked the room 5 hours before arrival, but as if nobody had checked the room before we got in. The bathroom was a disappointment. There was no hairdryer, no foot towel, not even a glass or a holder for toothbrushes. The shower floor is not separated by anything, the water is just supposed to flow to the drain which is for some reason under the sink. As a result, after taking a shower the water was all over the place. The flush in the toilet was rather weak. The door had no lock inside and was made of glass with a big gap between the door and the floor, which provides absolutely no protection from sounds and (sorry) smells that come from the bathroom. The walls are not soundproof, you can hear everything that is happening in the next room and in the hall. The street where this hotel is located is quite busy with cars, and you can hear them even if you close the balcony door. We would rate this hotel 7 but the situation with airport transfer completely ruined our impression. We asked 3 times whether the transfer was included, and the answer was yes. To our surprise, at the end of the ride the driver asked for payment (16 lv) and refused to believe that it was paid by the hotel. We had to connect to the internet to get the hotel's phone number and make 2 international phone calls to the hotel, which in the end cost us more that the ride to the airport would.

Good location - 3 min walk to a bus stop where you can take bus 409 to Golden Sands. The sea is 5 min away but to find a decent beach you need to walk 2 km ish, the best beach is 5 km away (the central one). There's a restaurant near the hotel and a bistro in the nearest supermarket. The hotel makes nice impression, the garden with the pool looks beautiful. The room is nice and cosy just like in the pictures. Everything was clean (except for a couple of spots on the blanket and walls). The was a fridge in the room which was completely silent. The air conditioning worked very well. Personnel was polite and friendly. Free transfer to the airport is actually provided.

Big room, every day clean, very nice smell, the towels were perfumed, nice view, big lovely garden with pool, very friendly stuff. Perfect vacation!
