Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomAs a couple who were looking for a healthy stay, we were disappointed that people x 4 were actually smoking whilst in the mineral pool. It's not large enough to avoid the smoke, so we only stayed for in for 5 minutes. I asked reception the next day (as no one was in reception when we left the pool) if this was allowed, and I was informed that smoking is allowed at the seating area around the pool but not in the pool. So, the guests were breaking the hotel smoking protocol. The hotel has three floors and no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, it would not be a good choice, plus steep steeps to the hotel from the road. As a registered risk assessor, I'd also say the pool needs handrails installing as there isn't any in either pool and a non-smoking sign at the pools to prevent guests smoking whilst bathing. The room had no heat control and was too warm for us. Also, we had to sleep with the windows closed due to noise from maybe the pool pump next door hotel which runs constantly.
The hotel is very nice and the food was also good, the facilities were also excellent with a sauna, Russian bath and two pools (one small mineral heated and one larger colder pool) Very modern hotel and pleasing to the eye with beautifully decorated throughout. The mineral pool is good for these ailments MINERAL WATER Thanks to the composition and temperature of the mineral water, during external balneotherapy, it has a positive effect on the following diseases: • Degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases, arthritis, coxarthrosis • Diseases of the peripheral nervous system - discopathy, radiculitis, plexitis, polyradiculoneuritis • Orthopedic diseases, movements after post-traumatic and post-operative conditions • Skin diseases, chronic non-specific dermatitis, atopic dermatitis Contraindications for external balneotherapy: Oncological diseases, infectious diseases, decompensated function of organs and systems, rhythm disorders, epilepsy.

RomaniaThe hotel has nice facilities and the area is beautiful, but we did not like that there was nobody at reception during the night, because we had a room viewing the outside pool and at 1am, in the middle of the night, a drunk guest was listening to music very loudly in the pool, which woke us up, and he refused to turn the music off and there was nobody from the hotel to talk to about this problem during the night, so our sleep was ruined and we stayed awake till the 4am because of this. I can't say anything about breakfast, because we did not wake up in time to eat breakfast, because of the rough sleep we had, but we did serve dinner which was mediocre at best for the high food standards in Bulgaria. Dinner is a buffet, but the options are limited and the food was not bad, but not good either.
The hotel is in beautiful area, the scenery from the window is superb. The rooms were clean, the pool was clean and the water was hot. The sauna was a plus and we also enjoyed the relaxing area near the sauna, where you can watch the river and listen to relaxing nature sounds.

United KingdomI could find no fault, other than the steam bath was not working, but these always go wrong in my experience. This was a temporary issue and sauna great.
I loved this place, the staff were lovely, food great, and staff really helpful with my gluten free needs, will be coming back again, easy hours for dinner breakfast and really comfortable I hope to go again soon. A really excellent and relaxing experience.

Wifi - same as TV. There is a wifi network, but terrible signal 4.No air conditioners as well. I did not need it during my stay, not sure if it is applicable for other seasons

Great food no AC for some reason The staff was friendly and cooperative location is really nice right next to the river and 12 tonight do you feel like her there’s a raining pouring outside of your room and it helps to sleep I would recommend that place. The pool it’s open throughout the night also so you can use it anytime you want.
