The receptionist told us that the hotel bar is 24/7, which was also written on the wall next to the bar, but it closed at 2 AM.

The food is delicious, there is a big variety of products to choose from. The entertainment team was very nice. The room looks great.

We stayed in August, third year in a row, and though we really liked and recommended the hotel to all our friends until now, things have changed. Particularly, we were disappointed that they tried to give us another room( we booked frontal sea view) and wanted to gives us Side Sea View( in the main building) and really tried to convince us that is the same with what we booked. Second, the cleaning was not that high level as in previous years and that was something really important to us. Cleaning meant changing towels and toilet paper, no change of bed sheets or vacuuming the floor. Also the areas around the premises were not that cleaned as in previous years. Third, the beach was awful. For a few days they didn’t clean the beach, there was a storm at the sea and the beach was full with algae and branches etc. Never saw someone to clean the sun beds and, trust me, they are dirty. Food at the restaurant was tasty but not that various as in previous years and we only had 1 Themed night though in the past they organized more. All in all, I feel that the hotel has lost some of its spark due to lowering standards. Maybe they were tired at the end of August and didn’t put that much effort, maybe they were too busy with tourists and were short of staff. I don’t know but our friends that also stayed at the hotel share the same opinion that they will not come back.

Location is great and the Frontal Sea views rooms. That would be the only reason for coming again.

Some of the Kosara staff was not really friendly, and the mojito in the beach bar was not good at all, which caused us to move to the lobby bar in the evening, where the mojito was great! In our previous 2 experiences the Kosara bar was the best place to be, not this time unfortunately.

The buffet restaurant is simply amazing, for breakfast, lunch and dinner loads of really great options. The Royal club rooms are fantastic, despite not getting the room we wanted, this one was great as well. The beach and pool are great maintained. The animation staff if friendly and great.

Very friendly staff, nice varied meals (a little unseasoned but it’s a matter of taste), ultra all inclusive means ultra all inclusive for real (unlimited drinks and snacks as well as main meals), beautiful sea view, clean room (cleaned everyday).

Wifi could be better in the room. Outside noise from late drinkers on the tables can be (and it was) a problem. But the reception staff was very helpful.

Dinner time is advertised until 9pm but in really everything stops at 8.30, staff start collecting food and clearing up. I get that they want to finish but then the closing time should also be respected.

Some noise in our room due to some ventilation system of the building ( our rooms were close to this area; note: I am not talking about the air conditioning in the room, that one is fine). The outside playgrounds should be refurbished. The tennis court could be improved.

This is the third time we come here and we totally love it. However, there are a few things I did dislike this time especially. The event (wedding) held at the beach restaurant blocked the access to that restaurant on Saturday. This isn't a problem if they have moved all the facilities from there to another place / bar, but that did not happen. The possibility of eating throughout the day did not cover the entire day, it was a little bit difficult this time to schedule the meals for the kid. It felt like the season came to an end, because compared to June (we went there in June as well) now it felt a little bit degraded, the aspect and the services (even if the schedule for dinner for example was until 9:00pm, they started to clean and free tables from 8:30 which felt like rushing).

In the first two days, the hotel's private beach was full of debris from the water, it could have been cleaned. Even if there was a storm at sea, the beach must be clean, tourists come to the sea for the beach.

It was the most beautiful stay in Bulgaria and especially in Kranevo where I have been going for 4 years. The hotel is located on the beach. The rooms are large, I had a partial view of the sea and I could see the sunrise from the balcony. Large, clean and spacious bathroom. Cleaning was done when you wanted, because they implemented an electronic system at the door where you could indicate if you wanted to be cleaned or if you wanted not to be disturbed. All the meals were excellent, the food was very good and very plentiful. Everyone had a choice. The staff is very kind and nice to all tourists. A bonus for the staff of this hotel are the fun activities: darts, water gymnastics, etc. I will come back next year and I recommend this hotel.

Acomodation close to beach, 24h lobby bar for drinks, water in plastic bootle (0.33l and 1.5l). Coktails included in ultra all inclhsive package. Baby food place in restaurant with powdered milk, porrige, baby food in jars, snacks for baby. Great place for family with kids. Good entertainment for kids.

Some staff excel at their skills, while others seem unhappy. In the reservation it is mentioned that you can access the “reservations only” restaurant. Which we tried to reseve 2 nights in a row, but the answer was that it is always full. When contacting reception about it, they mentioned that you can only book the restaurant if your stay is for more than 4 nights (we had 3, but no one acutually checked when trying to book a table, so that was not the reson we never were able to), however in the booking confirmation the “benefit” is stated, so there should be a clarification between the two, hotel and booking. Also, looking at the restaurant, it was never full, never more than 3 tables were taken. When arriving an explanatory tour would be nice, maybe a flyer with a “map”. We just randonly scanned a qr coded, but no one told us that’s where we’ll find the information. The animation team was very nice, and the kids activity also nice. However the toys and activities were worn out, and needed to be clean or replaced. The pool area also needs to get some attention in terms of esthtics, as it does not live up to the rest of the location.

Everything was great, the beach is nice, sunbeds available all the time. The food is diverse and the restaurant is not crowded. Nice animation team.

In principle, there is a lack of facilities for children, the small pool is not well-maintained, and the water is dirty. A larger and heated pool for children should be created. The cleanliness within the restaurant premises should be improved.

Amazing location beach hotel with amazing staff,their animation team indeed is the greatest of all,please give them a raise. Food is tasty and good quality as well,kitchen manager is always there to make sure things in order. We will come back for sure!

The overall quality if the food was bad, the most cheap ingredients were used. The sheets were not changed for 7 days. Also the signal of the cable tv was awful, it was freezing the picture in every two seconds.

The location, the beach and the animation were incredible. The Italian restaurant was one of the best ones I have ever visited.

Superficial cleaning, dust & spider webs at corners, dirty window, sand on the chair from previous customers. Very beat-up bathroom. Careful when you book a room in the Royal Building, as not all of them have balconies. Mosquitoes in the room. No slippers, no care products, nothing you expect to find in a 4 star hotel room. Uncomfortable loungers at the beach.

The location is great and, if you happen to have a room with a sea view in the main building, it would probably be perfect. We were accommodated on the first floor of the Royal building, facing the garden and the sea. The room wad very spacious, but kind of dark, with very little natural lighting, which was also good as we didn’t need the AC. The bathroom was also big. Although fully booked, it wasn’t crowded, there were plenty free loungers at the beach and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. The restaurant is big enough, with tables both in and outside, food variety was good, impossible not to find something for everyone. Great drinks at the bars.
