Perfect location. Really comfortable. Svlache is what really makes this hotel the best place to stay. This is our second time at this hotel this winter and we only returned because of him. Also the lovely lady on reception.

Breakfast was good but basic. Some more fruit options would be good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of the chalet was great lots of space for a family of 4, the beds were comfortable and it had a veranda which was great for putting your ski boots on. The little sauna in the bathroom was very relaxing after a day of skiing.

I think the hotel is quite dated so rooms could do with some modernisation. Our bathroom did have a leak from the bath.

We really loved everything about the hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, it also has comfortable amenities. What blew us away, however, was the staff. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay really wonderful.

Nothing not to like from our perspective!

Great location given the proximity to the slopes. Ski rental onsite and very well priced. Lovely boutique hotel with extremely comfortable rooms. A nice selection of freshly cooked breakfasts as well as the usual non cooked breakfast items available. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, especially Slovache the bell boy and Boris the ski hire man!

Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.15am and the lifts open at 8.30am. If you are looking to catch the first lifts then you will need to skip breakfast or arrive early for breakfast. 7.45am would make a big difference

The staff were very friendly and helpful, literally upon stepping out of the transfer. The chalet was spacious and clean, with plenty of space for ski equipment. The location was fantastic for both the slopes and the central area. Breakfast was always tasty and good quality.

The jacuzzi was out of order. The cleaning service was poor. The mattress was not very comfortable.

The breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Only thing was that it was the same every day, variety could be improved. The reception guy was extremely helpful. Location is brilliant just by the slopes and ski hire in the same building. Our room had beautiful view of the ski slopes and trees and a balcony was a big +. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, bath robes and slippers etc. Live music in the restaurant every evening.

It’s a very minor gripe, feel the cleaners could do a slightly better job with replenishing the room/sweeping the floor.

Location is great, right next to two ski chair lifts. The room had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for us. In particular the bell boy went the extra mile to check we were happy. Breakfast was lovely too!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Very cozy, and the staff ‘s attitude is on another level . Not every hotel will have a receptionist who will sew up a jacket you have torn while skiing and always greet you with a smile. We liked everything: the location of the hotel, the attitude of the staff, the food, the room. We would like to thank bellboy Slavche for his attentiveness, ski depot employee Borislav, who kept all ski equipment in perfect condition, receptionists Cvety and Iliyana for their responsiveness and friendliness, restaurant manager Sonya for her smile and good mood. You all made our vacation. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

This is an adorable boutique hotel right on the edge of the slopes, making its location super convenient. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly which made our time there all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The chalet is compact - just make sure it is right for your group. Jacuzzi / steam room / sauna ( in chalet) are an extra cost but very good value.

We stayed in a one storey chalet. They are quite compact with one double room and a main bedroom with bathroom. The communal area is within the main room. We were a family of four so it was perfect for us not may be too small for a different group. The chalet are absolutely perfectly located in between the black and green slopes, lifts either side, ski hire and lessons offered within the hotel, and a good breakfast included. It was perfect for our group of expert skiers, enthusiastic skiiers and complete novices. The hotel/ Ski staff were really helpful. The location is amazing
