Everything: from the prosecco for breakfast... to the heated indoor swimming pool... big jaccuzzi outside... asian food... huge buffet.. plenty of salads, vegetables, selection of cheese, lot of fruits, desserts, meat, fish, pizza, pasta... tasty wine, beer and softdrinks. There are some issues that need to be solved ASAP: 1. Elevators: there are 4 elevators in the whole hotel. The main issue is that they are giving the rooms and 3rd and 4th floor to seniors that are using the elevator for 1-2 floors. This year we were given a room at 7th floor and it was a nightmare to wait for 5-10 minutes at the elevator. Normally it would be nice to give the rooms at lower levels to people that can use the stairs, so the elevators can be used by the ones that are staying at upper levels. 2. Elevators buttons: this is a message for the hotel management. Please block the "go up" buttons for 3 to 6 floors. A lot of people are pressing both "go up" and "go down" buttons at the same time, so when the elevator went to 7th floor it was already full. There is basically no reason to keep the "go up" buttons active because only 5% of people will really intend to go and visit some friends at an upper floor. 3. Food: the food in the evening was much better compared to the one in the afternoon, especially the meat. But normally you eat more at lunch and less at dinner, so it would be nice to swap the main dishes. 4. Rooms: at 7th floor the roof is not properly sealed, so when there was wind outside, the wind was blowing through the ceiling in the room. Please fix the sealing because we werr not able to sleep with the balcony door open because of this.

This is the second year we are staying at Helios Bay. I like the location, near the Obzor park and city center. The rooms are big and have a nice view. The bar cocktails were good and had decent quality.

The food needs improvement. There was little variety. Most of the food was too salty. The water in the pool was cold. Also, the water in the jacuzzi was even colder than the pool one. It would have been nice to have sunbeds on the beach. Even tough the beach is a 1 min walk from the hotel, it does not belong to the hotel, you have to pay separately for a sunbed or lay directly on the sand. The animation team tried their best I think but it was close to nothing for the adults guests, mostly for the kids. The hotel needs improvement on the exterior. It would really improve the general view to have some renovations on the outside. The photos online are a bit misleading.

Great location, friendly staff, clean. The drinks were super nice for Bulgarian all inclusive. The hotel was not fully booked so there were always sunbeds available by the pool.

- The temporary bed - not the sofa - as mentioned in the booking reservation - Blocking card demagnetization 3 times/6 days - need to be replaced from Reception - Inadequate parking - you could only park by limited parking places, there are a few spaces available but they are permanently occupied - not safe - Difficult pedestrian access to Reception with luggage - for Hotel Hall accesing is necesary to climb a rather steep ramp - it is preferable to bring your luggage before parking - Location of the room - large side view, towards the football fields - not towards the sea - as mentioned in booking reservation - Poorly prepared reception staff - errors in issuing invoices, no support for contacting the manager - The sunbeds from the pool were "reserved" by towels from 6:00 AM, they are insufficient in number compared to the number of tourists (388 rooms -> for aprox 1200 tourists including kids - Lack of hotel sunbeds on the front beach - it is not the hotel's own beach, sunbeds available only in the South side, to use 1 sunbed it is necessary to pay (a modest amount) 7 LEVA/sunbed

Lovely hotel with very friendly and professional staff. I have a small child with complex special needs and the entertainment staff was absolutely great! There is a doctor on site, which is an extra bonus. There were fun family activities organised throughout the day, the food was excellent and varied and the views from our balcony were superb. In short we had a great stay!

The hotel doesn’t have umbrellas on the beach, you can use the ones on the pool as it is not far from the sea but even there they quickly run out of space. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was the tennis court. Even though the net and the court were there I was told the service is not provided anymore.

The food was good for an all inclusive hotel, staff was friendly and there were a lot of activities during the day. The rooms are spacious and clean with very nice views.
