I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The lady managing the place was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Before even coming to Sozopol, the hosts were super responsive on Booking chat and called us to confirm the time of arrival. During our stay, they were super helpful and ready to support us with any questions. The room itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was also very clean, and the whole garden exterior was very relaxing and pleasant. The brekfasts were delicious, and we even got the chance to try the host's homemade banitza, which was great. Overall, I think this place is a true gem in Sozopol with fantastic hosts and great facilities.

The location is near a main road, but the traffic is light. Also, most rooms have windows towards the sea, away from the road. The beach is near, at about 5 min by foot. We liked very much the excellent organization: the cleaning staff came only when you posted the sign on the door, the food was served almost immediately when we sat at breakfast, we had remotes for the gates etc etc. Overall, a very good establishment and congratulations to Nadia & Spas!

Everything was perfect.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and ready to help with anything you need, making you feel at home. The apartment we hired was spacious and perfectly clean, WiFi was good. Parking places were available free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and of good quantity incl. fresh fruits. Within a walking distance of Kavatsi beach. Will come back definitely and warmly recommended.

Nadja and her husband were the best hosts we have ever met. They were very warm and ready to help. Top location, very near to the beach. The room was perfect, extremly clean and the breakfast was more than delicious. I totally recommend the hotel. We had a very nice time here. It's a place where you have to come back! :)

Some people do not like that they have to walk about 200 feet (about 70-80 m) on the side of the road to get to the walking area, but that should not be a big issue.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in had very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is not big but big enough to enjoy and was also spotlessly clean. The room we had offered small porch with privacy bushes around. Made it a very pleasant spot to enjoy an evening drink especially with the evening breeze. You can order a dinner ahead of time, (we had the local fresh fish) and the hosts will cook for you. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The place itself is curated with a lot of care and good taste, and has a lot of class and is yet unpretentious. There is a partial sea view. It is a gated property which is helpful as it is located on a busy road.

It is close to the beach but you have to walk on the side of the road for 50 meters in the beginning. The room can be a bit more cozy.

Nadya and Spas, the owners of this place are wonderful welcoming hosts, who made our stay pleasant. Always smiling, amazing, ready to give you the information you need, but discreet people. Breakfast is very good and varied (you can choose daily from several menu options), generous portions, with vegetables, fruits and coffee. The rooms are very clean, the pool is well maintained and the garden is pretty and spacious. Private parking is another plus, with easy access. Kavatsi Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Other beaches can be easily reached by personal car. We will definitely be back here and recommend Ancient Well for a pleasant holiday!

.Everything was perfect, the hosts are amaizing and they made our staying perfect. The breakfast is really tasty and they made some plates really tasty for my husband, which is vegan. They upgraded our room for Free when they saw us with a little baby. The place was sparkling clean and near Kavatsi beach. I could add more to this, but I will sum up by saying we will definitly return and I highly recommed Ancient well for a nice holiday.

Too close to the main road, thus noisy that might be problematic for someone used to calm and serenity, especially at night. If you close the balcony you will not hear it though. Also probably if you are in a north or east facing rooms this might be less noticeable.

Very welcoming hosts, beautiful property, charming garden! The breakfast service was beyond expectations. Wirh fresh fruits and variety of options. Portions were big. It is very close to the sea and beach and you can have also a room with a sea view.
