The room was described as a soundproofing but I believe it's not true . We heard slamming of doors from the other rooms, dog's barking from outside, and conversation in the hallway😒. The pool was too small and lastly, the staffs was a bit unfriendly.

I liked the museum art of this Hotel and every painting that you will see in every corner👌. Our room was soo spacious. Also ivana (housekeeper lady) was soo kind and friendly as the only person who talked and smiled on us right away. 😊

Waiting for stuff for check in at night. Paying for minibar, but in my booking confirmation it is stated that minibar is included. Not double bed, but two single beds connected together.

The hotel is a little old. Its deco is very outdated. The bed makes a noise when you sit on it as if it's broken. The bathtub has a jacuzzi in it which doesn't work and the water doesn't drain well. The windows of our room faced a school, I don't know if the students could see us, but we could definitely see them going to the bathroom, so we had to make sure the curtains were always shut. The wifi has no password and it's open to all the guests. So make sure you are using a VPN when you connect there. The hotel might want to add network isolation so you wouldn't be able to connect to everyone's computers and printers.

The breakfast is good with a variety of foods. There is a small slot machine room on the lobby floor which is nice. The suite (apartment) is very big and spacious

There was no proper kitchen stuffs even though we paid for the apartment type. Staffs were not friendly and professional … one staff said mini bar is free of charge with our option but they charged later ! They don’t smile either.

Quite disappointed. Not sure if it’s money value hotel. Location is good.

Extra charge to use steam rooms and sauna - about £20 which is a lot for a few minutes! The bar closed at 9pm - even on a Friday and Saturday night!

The hotel is located on a busy road but we did not hear any noise from the rooms. It is a about a 20-30 min walk to the centre, depending on where you want to get too. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was large. Breakfast was plentiful.

Nice hotel in the very city center of Sofia - close to all restaurants etc. Staff was nice, room clean and comfy and they have nice gym and nice saunas with pool. The price was very good as well - good value for money.

Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well, weird lighting in the room. It took me awhile to figure out how to keep the lights on. No instructions anywhere.

The hotel itself was clean but right outside the hotel it was not clean. The location was a good 10 /15 minutes walk from the city centre, which was u avoidable as there is nothing at all close byq

The size of the room was very good , breakfast was excellent, wide variety of choice in everything. The restaurant was very nice too, we had a good meal there and was served by a lovely lady.

Coffee/tea-making facilities means you have to pay for teabags etc. despite having a kettle in the room. Very much a local five-star hotel, not up to international standards.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Location is just 10mins walk from the Triangle of Power and 20 mins walk to the Cathedral. Bathroom was very good. View was good. Price for the size of the room was worth it. Good overall stay. 4/5

Very clean breakfast room. GOOD VARIETY . We like very much the receptionist, MICHAEL ( I think he was Michael ) . He was very helpful and very polite indeed, with a very good control of the English language. The hotel is full of very nice original paintings on all the floors and rooms.. We understood that this was a private collection of the owner of the hotel. Thank you

Makes no sense that guests have to pay extra for steam and sauna when it’s running anyway and was empty. Great to have coffee in the room but no milk or creamer was disappointing. We specifically opted for a room with a mini kitchen but it didn’t come with any cutlery bowls or plates which again was a bit disappointing but managed to borrow some from the restaurant

All was pretty good, can't really complain about anything.

The room was VERY spacious, probably one of the largest room I've ever had in a hotel. IT was also very well furnished, the kitchnette was very fuctionnal and the bathroom had all the ammenities one could hope for (even a bathtup with jets). The breakfast buffert was copious and had for everyone's taste.

The staff at reception were rather direct and rude - did not seem interested in our experience. Poor customer service on front desk. Domestics and restaurant staff were very sweet

The hotel was amazing. Intereseting and unique art throughout the hotel. The room was very large and spacious and a pleasure to stay. The restaurant was great - food excellent quality. We loved it and would highly recommend.

The pool is small and the floor and stairs to it very slippery. No sign to warn you about it anywhere, only the staff is telling you to take care and that's not OK in a 5 star hotel. It happened to me that I felt on the floor in the corridor going outside of pool and finish up in a hospital with fracture of my left elbow,so we had to postpone our trip fromSofia for a day.

Breakfast was very good:a lot of choices of food, fruits,cakes. Room was very big and clean with all amenities in the bathroom. Restaurant on the top floor with terrace is perfect. Lobby bar very good and with spacious armchairs
