The quality of the breakfast buffet was good, not great, but I don't ever have high expectations for buffets. It was nice not to have to go out in search of breakfast. I would still highly recommend.

We needed a place to stop after a long day of driving through Romania and crossing at the Ruse border. We booked this last-minute, hoping to find ourselves close to the Danube, some restaurants and a market to restock what we needed for another day of driving. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff, located just a short walk from the river.

The location is excellent right close to the center. There is an EV charging port for cars which is also very useful. The rooms are clean, the staff was very nice and they even prepared for us a cold breakfast takeaway early in the morning.

The only thing I consider needs improvement is the breakfast. It seemed they were short staffed, no one was checking that the cups are finished or plates were finished, and not they were not replacing any food that was finished.

Very spacious VIP room with 2 small terraces. Helpful staff, ample breakfast buffet, and well located to walk to both central area or Pontoon 10 to catch the 6 pm sunset cruise

Nice location with a view of Danube. Helpful staff. Fantastic beds. Nice breakfast. Parking lot right up to the stairs to the hotel as convenient as it could be. Will be back sometimes.

Air conditioning was too loud and ineffective. In a hot day this is not the place you want to be. We couldn't sleep because room was to jot and humid.

One of the best rooms (Nr. 308) I have ever had (and I travelled a lot). Actually it was not a room but a suite - at a really low price. With Danube view! Just phantastic!

The contiental breakfast was quite dull.

The hotel is right next to the danube river, which makes going out for a chill evening convenient. The hotel room was huge! We served dinner which exceeded our expectations.

The receptionist was missing at 18.00 afternoon for more than 30 minutes. We were waiting with an infant. Did not even apologize or reply to our hello. Rude, unprofessional and sad!

The location, the size room was good, having 2 separate beds that we united so the baby can sleep with us. Soundproof room and free parking in front of the hotel

It needs renovation. The bathroom is old. The parking is outside and with few places. I parked in the public parking.

The mattresses are pretty hard for a hotel.

The location is great. The reception staff is kind and helpful. The renovated rooms are nice. Recommend it for a stay in Ruse!

Breakfast could be better...on 2nd morning the hot food was cold including the scrambled eggs....not a good choice of items. We were in VIP suite which was fantastic appart from you are directly above outdoor function area so expect a lot of noise.. couldn't enjoy balcony due to noise from below that went on until 11pm. No soundproofing between rooms.....could her hear room next to us having a bath... water swishing around etc.. .not pleasant.

Location was perfect with nice views, the hotel was spotless and staff were friendly.

The ceiling in an attic room really has an impact - a good job one of us is not tall.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good with a selection of Danube fish dishes. A short walk to the local history museum.
