You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelarusStaff on the beach - lazy, arrogant ladies, almost not speaking English, always mixing up reservations and moving you from one plays to another. Within 12 days we didn’t see a single smile on their faces. The baskets, tables and sun-beds are not cleaned properly. The sand is always full of cigarets and other garbage. Adjacent Green Life beach is much cleaner then VIP Noir beach. Beach boys should offer help with moving sun-beds to the shadow. They are comfortable, but very heavy, especially for ladies and kids. Sad that so nice place by idea and design is spoiled by poor beach service. It should be noted that manager Vasilena struggling to fix the problems. She did her best to improve our impression and supported us with all the requests on a very good level. Hotel: No door in the main room No door in the shower cabin, aways wet floor.

BulgariaObviously, the apartment is brand new, but the general cleaning after finishing the repairing process is questionable. You could feel the dust in the air and some of the inventory wasn't clean at all(dirty spoons). The TVs are not connected to the internet which makes watching Netflix, Youtube and other apps impossible. There are no basic kitchen amenities. All you have is a minibar and a coffee capsule machine (the capsules are paid, unlike most of the hotels where you get free coffee capsules). After the 3rd day when taking a shower, the channel started to clog. Overall for the price we paid (250 EUR per night) probably we expected to not encounter these small, but important details.
The apartments are brand new and stylish. There is a nice view from the hotel and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the furnishing in the living room. It's very comfortable and nice. Also, there is private parking for the hotel which makes it easier for local travelers. The whole resort is well-maintained, there are pools and nice green areas. The best part of the hotel is just a few meters away. You can watch the sea all evening and get to the beach easily on the morning.

NetherlandsStaff are great, rooms are clean, but we were still very disappointed. - The room we booked is described as 2 bedrooms apartment, but actually it is one bedroom plus one living room with a bed. And the bedroom converted from living room actually has NO door! We were travelling as 4 friends mixed with men and women. So it is super inconvenient that one bedroom has NO door. And the apartment itself is actually quite small for 4, we don't think it meets the 60 m2 as described. Not sure if this is normal in Bulgaria, but this could feel like a scam for foreign travellers. - It is described that the hotel has private beach, however we were only provided with ONE set of 1 beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs free of charge, while we are 4 people so we still need to pay another set at the beach. And the hot water inside the apartment could barely supply 4 persons shower usage continuously (one of us always gets cold shower). So it feels like we paid the apartment for 4 persons, but the service and supplier was only for 2 persons. - Staff is friendly, but still with small space for improvement. We were stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes because of a power cutoff, but there was no one coming to check if we were okay inside, even we kept pressing the alarm button. When we luckily got in touch with the staff but they didn't know anything about when someone would come help us or when the power could be back. It could be more professional if they have at least come and checked with us, ensuring everyone stuck inside were okay (NOT everyone could chill inside a dark elevator without any power). - Check in process is a bit unclear because the reception is actually in a separate building.
- Staff is friendly and breakfast is great - Cleanness is top - Apartment is located inside a complex, which has great facilities - Beach is very close so location is great (still it is better to travel with a car there if you wanna go somewhere else like Sozopol or Nessebar)
